I just signed up and am already very impressed with both the platform and the ease and quick response of the customer support.I publish a digital magazine and have used another system and this is by far much better.I'm using the paid plan and it seems to be well worth it. I will do a follow up comment after using Heyzine for a month or so.
I became aware of Heyzine through a business connection, so when I was about to do trade show I didn't hesitate to utilize their free subscription... quickly moving to a paid subscription which is brilliant value for a small / growing business. I have a digital business card on my phone and was able to pop my Heyzine flipbook link into my intro text message, enabling any new connection to understand my business offering at the tap of a phone. The platform's tools are very easy to use even if you're not particularly technically minded, and offer great insights into viewing traffic. Their support is very helpful and respond quickly and with understanding... a rarity these days with software/platform companies in my experience.I've been using their platform for a few years now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
We’ve been using Heyzine as a professional tool to publish and share our internal company magazine, and the platform itself is excellent — intuitive, easy to navigate, and very user-friendly.What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer support. I contacted Heyzine regarding an account ownership change, and the issue was resolved almost immediately, with clear communication and a very professional, friendly approach.The speed, efficiency, and care with which the support team handled the request were genuinely impressive. It’s rare to experience such fast and high-quality help, and it made a real difference for us. Highly recommended.
Edits: The founder replied immediately after I left the review here and solved my problem literally overnight, on a weekend no less.In light of this, I am changing my review to 5 stars.The tool is fairly good, the support less so.For some reason, the country field doesn’t show when they ask for your billing details. I believe it got populated automatically from my payment method (apple pay). This was a business purchase, and my business is not incorporated in the same location as my apple pay account. I asked for help in correcting it. I received an edited invoice with the same country error - so the exact same as the first time. And when I notified them of this error, with screenshots and details, I received no further replies. This means I cannot deduct the subscription as a business expense.
