Scammers. #BoycottHiltonHotelsMy experience aligns with every other post listed. They even ran a unapproved charge on my card even though I turned down the offer. Supposedly I am getting a refund but the unprofessionalism of the staff and emails says otherwise.
Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit - We were given a connected room at early check-in, but one side was left completely uncleaned. Staff said it would be ready by 4 PM, but even by 5:30 PM, housekeeping had not come at all. The room was still in a dirty state.This is far below the standard I expect
We stayed at the Hilton Grand vacations off the 192 at Winter Gardens Orlando, formally the Likki Tilki resort. It was excellent from start to finish, the staff were helpful, the location was perfect and spacious.Our kids loved the pool slides, there were peddle boats to hire too. The apartments are exceptionally good value for money
