Review Time
This under-door metal draught excluder turned up in good time and in good condition, but there was not even a packing note inside. No fixings, no fitting tips or hints. I had to cut it down to suit the door aperture, and so, even though I couldn't make it do the job I need, I can't return it. It may sit in the shed for a very long time.
Extremely poor customer service, product was never delivered as advised online within 24 hours and there was no communication for a week, still no sign of parcel then I rang to find out what’s going on, a representative advised that the package was being delivered that day, I also rescheduled the fitter however that never materialised , I lost my deposit from handy service , at point frustrated I rang Hiatt to cancelled the order, I was once again told my parcel was on the way due to arrive that day but I was dissatisfied so , I simply requested refund but I was informed that I have to wait for the product still hanging with the courier service to be returned to the wear house so my refund can be processed which can take up to 7 working days, very unreliable service
I ordered 2 items as a repeat of a previous order but only one of the items was correct, the second being of no use to me. On requesting a return and refund I was surprised to discover that I had to stand the delivery cost myself
