Hi to whom receives, so sorry to give 1 star at the moment as I know you provide a much better service however we have just had our delivery from did arrive with an empty box. Me and my partner have ordered our last 2 kitchen handles needed from yourselves and me and my partner know you wouldn’t send out an empty box so clearly this has been lost in transit with dad and we can see it was next day delivery from yourselves to DPD so are very disappointed in now having to chase our. 2 handles and not be able to open our kitchen cupboards.Will adjust this to 5 stars once this issue has been resolved, I appreciate any assistance in advance regarding this matter, it will not allow me to leave my email if you can track the original email via the following….DPD parcel number is 1550 3041 270 472 and hiatt hardware invoice number is 000689668 for Order #2000893362Appreciate any help regarding this matter in advance.Full order missing of 2 x Dalston Hammered Cabinet & Drawer Knob - Antique Brass - 32mm - Elite Knobs & Handles
Edited: an update that agent Muhammad reached out to me promptly and send me the correct handle sets. He arranged the returns of the opened wrong boxes as well.For your quick action and for being helpful, i am giving you 5 stars now.Initial review:Extremely frustrated. I am doing a big house refurbishment project, so i am ordering things everyday. I ordered hindges first time and they arrived fine. Some of the articles were oit of stock, as soon as i saw they are in-stock on website, i ordered them. Once received the order, i kept that in my building inventory. Now when my builder booked a guy to do door handles for house, to my surprise this company has sent me totally wrong set in black colour. When i reached the site, he was installing some random black door accessories where as i ordered brushed brass. Basically, they never had brushed brass article back instock and rather than informing me, they cleverly sent me black.Why a company can’t responsibility of sending the correct items?
I recently ordered a curtain pole with missing finials. After contacting the team at Hiatt they resolved the issue asap and kept me updated throughout the process of getting new ones posted out. Finials received today, thank you Demi for your help.
