Whilst our business is not large and is just starting out, all issues affecting the business are still as vital and urgent to us as they are to larger businesses. We feel that Hike has understood this and they have tried to assist where possible. Myles has always followed up to ensure our issues are being adequately resolved. I would recommend their services.
This is a fantastic product. What I really love is the world class support team and the technical team that always make improvement to the system. There's a reason why HikePOS is successful because Hike team takes customer feedback seriously. Kudos to the team.
I had a problem with my sales receipts, in that the font was suddenly too big, but all my other forms printed perfect. I tried several things on my own, but nothing worked. I contacted the help desk. They answered within 4 minutes. They solved my problem (it was a printer setting) within 3 minutes. Great program. Excellent service!!!
Had a few very minor bugs when trying to set up on my mobile device, but overall Hike has delivered exactly as advertised. I've solved in excess of 10 SEO issues in the past 2 hours and it gives you a detailed, simple description on how to fix them and the priority. Really fantastic for somebody like myself with no website experience. It is so simple a child could do it. Well worth the money, even if you decide to use them for a few months to get as much as possible done yourself so that it saves you money hiring anybody down the line - if you ever need to. I looked through all the critical reviews and I must say I've not had a single one of those issues arise - presumably, Hike have fixed all the glitches. All in all an inspired solution to SEO. Poor customer support, lack of understanding of their own product, and constant glitches. When you're paying money for a system to work and it causes more frustrations, more time consuming than manual, then something is very wrong. We have moved to a far more reliable system and all our headaches after 2 years with Hike Up have now disappeared.
I have been having issues with hike pos for the longest while. Sales have not been syncing for some time now. The only person who has been able to help me is Frank. He is awesome! He helped me sync all the invoices with my accounting software, whether they were duplicate account errors or whether the account had an issue itself.He is very competent and was willing to provide all options in solving the issues.
I have been with Hike for 3 years and honestly don't remember a week where I haven't had an issue. Logins fail, customer details get lost, sales data is doubled up or incorrectly logged, products, sales and customer details don't sync, Support is unresponsive and often dismissive of issues. We closed for 6 months during COVID with $0 sales and Hike offered $0 help. they have 0 professionalism and 0 empathy.Edit as response to reply. We had 6 months of $0 revenue where we did not use Hike, you have offered the next 3 months on a monthly plan at the yearly rate. That’s not a discount! And you offered Nothing for the 6 months we didn’t use Hike, all because we missed an email. Like I said 0 empathy. Even without COVID Hike is a huge disappointment as a POS. I just counted 39 seperate issues reported to hike by my staff in the 3 month period before COVID Most are still not resolved.
The support chat in advance was super helpful and very professional. Also we appreciated the 24/7 support and immediate feedback when needed. Big thank you to Tassia for her additional communication via email. The POS app for our event worked just great, there were some issues upfront when uploading 25.000 products and we needed to create unique names (as there was no other possibility), also on one register not all products were displayed during sale (even with refresh). On laptop and 2 others they were complete. But handling was super easy, sales reports fast and also the non integrated payment solution worked well. We had some issues with the scanners - so we bought new ones as only socketscanner was recommended, though it wasn't that easy to just connect them with the manual provided and during sale we sometimes had to re-pair them as they were not reading properly. But for the first time, it was a reliable POS app and I look forward to use it for next event again.
