Don't touch the Hilaine brand with a ten-foot pole. They sent me the wrong bra, wrong size. I asked for a size up and they sent me a different style bra in five sizes too small. Their "customer service" strategy is to sound delightful and helpful at every email, then to do nothing, until you are worn down and quit.
I’m surprised by so many negative reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised with my purchase. It makes my boobs look smaller whilst lifted and shirts that I could not previously wear without gaping now look great! It’s really quite comfortable, certainly more comfortable than other wired bras I own and the sizing was spot on. Delivery took a while but that was expected and the value for money if offers are on is great. I would definitely recommend and have done to friends!
I ordered a 36H bra and they sent me a 'large'. This is in no way the same thing, and at the most, the one they sent me would have been a C cup UK size. It wasn't even worth trying it on, because it was so tiny. They refuse to issue a refund and even if I was to return it I would have to pay £15. Extremely poor quality product and a total con. Avoid buying anything from this company.
I ordered 2 bras from an IG ad, delivery took quite a long time, the bras arrived and were much too small despite ordering my usual bra size, I let the customer service team know and so far they have only agreed to an exchange, not a full refund which is my preference. I run an online business myself, I appreciate how challenging the retail landscape is, but I wouldn’t dream of treating my customers like this. On the website it says refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days, don’t be fooled by this inaccurate info.
Waited weeks and weeks for my parcel to arrive. Never did! Upon police advice, have now lodged a fraud investigation with my bank in an attempt to get my funds reimbursed. Failing success of that, again upon police advice, will be returning to the station to file an official theft report.
