Review Time
I wish I had read the reviews. A complete rip off. No customer service. I have emailed so many times and got nowhere. They give the impression they care and are going to help, it’s a lie! I don’t believe any of the 5* reviews are real. Lesson learned. Please avoid this company.
First, it took nearly four weeks for my order to arrive, it was shipped from China which wasn’t clear when I ordered. Second, bras were flimsy and not sized correctly. One of the two bras I ordered looked nothing like the photo and was not band and cup sized as listed. It was a large that absolutely did not fit. Contacted Hilaine for a return and there is a no return policy due to health concerns and since I purchased during a sale there are no refunds. I was offered 20% refund of the purchase price which I requested. I have not heard back as to when the refund would be issued. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Product is terrible. Cheaply made, doesn’t minimize anything. DO NOT believe the social media hype. You will regret it. Live and learn. I won’t order from an unfamiliar company without doing my research.
I was skeptical about ordering these bras because of bad experiences in the past, not with your company but others. They fit and feel like I’m not wearing a bra, they are so comfortable and look beautiful, my husband likes them also he said they look very nice. I was in the hospital and when I left the hospital wearing one of the bras and actually fell asleep and I forgot I even had the bra on. They are very supportive and beautiful , I will never wear another brand except these.
Would give zero stars if it was possible. Sized bras using their chart & they were way too big. Contacted "customer service" & got zero help, I couldn't return or e change - despite 2 of the 3 items in their original unopened packaging.Have sent 8 follow up emails with ZERO response.Terrible.
Sounded so good, I ordered the 2 for 1 deal. Disappointing from start to finish.Unprofessional and duplicitous. The bras took a very long time to arrive. They were ill fitting, poor quality and sub-standard. When I emailed explaining my disappointment, I was told they weren’t refundable due to hygiene. Only one bra had been tried on, and immediately repackaged. All labels were intact. I was asked to pay postage. I have cut them up, in order to use the bits of lace.Do not have anything to do with this company. UNRELIABLE.
