This company is a scam. I ordered 4 bras, all the same size, after using their size guide. They are all completely different sizes and none of them come close to fitting. Two are very flimsy and feel like they would fall apart after one wash. One has bent hooks on the back. I contacted the company to make a return and was told that returns were not possible unless the items were damaged, so there goes the purchase price down the drain. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else.
Extremely disappointed! Even though I used the "Find your size" tool that is offered on their own website, purchasing 4 items for over $100 - and finally recieving the products OVER 2 months after purchase - they don't fit! THEN try to return it - can't! Even though they my satisfaction is the most important to them, I was offered a 20% refund. WTF!!! Will NEVER buy from them again! Hope you don't either!
I always suggest this fit to my brides! It helps dresses fall better and gives a smooth base without being bulky. The romantic design is a huge hit. Just had a bride thank me for how great her photos looked—thank you, Hilaine!
Possibly the worst bra I ever bought. Even sized up for safety, barely covered, zero support, spillage everywhere, flimsy as hell. Took ages to arrive, wrong style, can’t even tell if it’s the right size because the labels been clearly ripped out. Cheap crap insta-scam.
I surprised my pregnant wife with some bra's from this company as she had seen them on an instagram advert and really wanted something minimising and supportive for her pregnancy. Well what a mistake it was.... This company is operating a drop shipping scam with products that they probably have not even seen themselves. Disgusting.The bra's arrived after 4 weeks straight from China (not America as they claim in their T&C's). The packaging was unbranded and all the instructions and wording on the package was written in Chinese. Nothing was under the name Hilaine which was very strange.To my wife's horror when she opened the package, the bras were extremely cheaply made. They do not even qualify as clothing as they were so flimsy, not fit for purpose and she said they didn't help minimise anything as they so proudly claim in their social media ads.When we inquired for a refund they sent us a chatgpt generated email saying that they don't offer refunds. They said we can only exchange the product if we cover the cost of returns back to China which is approx $20 dollars so we would be in a loss! And we don't want their cheap trashy goods anyway.We have since then disputed this transaction to our bank which Hilaine are trying to fight against and has caused distress to my pregnant wife. According to the UK law: Consumer Contracts Regulations, consumers should be allowed to return lingerie starting from the day the consumer receives the goods. Note: This allows you to return the item even if it's not faulty. So this company is clearly going against UK laws which they did not research into as they are a bunch of stupid and careless scammers.They need to be shut down and reported. I will be reporting them to the UK trading standards. Also beware of the positive reviews on here. They have been added by the company themselves and are completely fake!!!!DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND REPORT THESE CROOKS
Scam scam scam scam scam. Stupidly fell for this one, please don't do the same. £27 down the drain!They claim 60 day money back guarantee, wrong, you cannot return bras, they will only offer 20% back or you pay £15 postage to China. Absolute scammers.
poor quality bras, I measured myself as instructed on the website and they are no where near the correct size for my measurements. I felt confident because the measurements were the same as my normal bras but they are tiny. there is no way the size is correct and seemingly I cannot return them. don't waste your money
Whilst the bras are pretty and am sure comfy they are no way supportive for large breasts and have little cup coverage. I order a 32I and 34I and both hardly covered my full bust. I have researched the refund policy and it's vague! If you have large breasts I do not recommend.
I ordered 3 bra's from here. I have a larger chest so I always measure myself before ordering to avoid disappointment. The bras came, but took 3 weeks to arrive. One is completely wrong size. And the two others are listed under my size but are clearly small. I measured them and the cups are at least two cup size smaller than advertised. I reached out for a refund. They are refusing as they say bras are an unsanitary product so unable to return. They can offer a 20% refund, but I paid just under £50. To return i would also have to stand to shipping costs of £17 which would wipe the refund amount. Overall very disappointed in the product. If you are wanting a good, sturdy welll fitting bra, please go elsewhere.
