The company is based in Asia. Despite advertising that they do free returns they do not do returns on bras. The product is of very poor quality. Yet another company selling inferior products whilst marketing themselves as a British company when they are not.
The bras were very small and did not fit well. At this point -when trying to see how to return or exchange I found there were no returns, and to exchange I had to pay return shipping to China. No where on their website during the purchase are you notified of there return policy. And there is no indication that this is a Chinese website. Very disappointed and also Shopify does not have any customer service to help you get your money back.
Bought 2 bras, they came fairly quickly, but were not at all supportive or comfortable, attempted to return but told they do not do returns. It’s clearly stated on the website that they do a 60 day guarantee if not satisfied. Do not buy these bras, a complete waste of your money.
Please do not send this company money as it is a sham. After 4 weeks of chasing i still have no delivery. Now they are saying they can refund me only 80% to cover their processing fees...even though the goods were never delivered to me.I do not think goods were ever shipped, this is a sham company

Urgh, I ordered from them on Friday without doing any deep research. I've then received this email today (that went into my junk)I'm reaching out as the factory that produced the Bra(s), you ordered from [Hilaine].I want to be transparent with you: the owners of this store — [Alex Ayman BOUIBA] and [Adam], operating under [Beaume LLC] — placed an order with us, the actual manufacturer of the products you purchased. They never paid. They canceled the shipment at the last minute. You will not be receiving your product.The email goes on to give contact details of the people that apparently own the business, Alex Ayman BOUIBA, and his buddy Adam are modern day scammers. They should be jailed.
