The ordering process is extremely easy and you can get whatever you want without any embarrassment at the doctors office. The reoccurring subscriptions is the problem. I was notified of a refill being placed and immediatley contacted Hims to cancel it. I received a response late in the day that "the order is processing, they cannot cancel". Why? There was no tracking number for it yet. "Sorry". To add to this, my CC provider put my card on hold due to a missed payment Hims tried charging and getting denied for the refill every other day. My CC provider now thinks I am attempting to spend $300+ multiple times with an over due card.Basically, the subscription is like any other and will get you if you forget have it, and when you finally find a way to chat with customer service, they're not helpful. If you do use them, get your script and cancel future orders immediately. *Hims did reach out to me for details on 11/15 and I have not heard back as of 11/23.
I still have no idea who or what the company actually is. Obtaining the prescription has been easy enough. Frustrating that there is no direct contact with real human beings. My doctor recommended HIMS so I contacted the company.
The response time with messages is good. However, I came home from vacation on Nov. 11th, and left my second and only vial in FL. It was absolutely ridiculous that my order, which was set to renew on Nov. 18th, couldn’t be processed early. I just received a FedEx notice that I would receive it on Nov. 29th, so I’ve missed 3 injections. This is NOT good customer care, and based on this alone, if I need to renew after the 6 mos. I’ve paid for, I will go elsewhere, probably Ro, which I know is your biggest competitor!
I would give them a zero but you can’t - went there for a little help - I’ve had a vasectomy and I’m in my 50’s and needed a little pick me up from time to time - I was talked into getting a combo with hair loss treatment - I’ve been issued cialis before with zero side effects and was too embarrassed to go back to my pcp for a checkup to get a refill. So with HIMS their RX with the Ed and hair combo gave me the worst side effects - head ache / sever back pain / leg pain / heart burn. When I asked the care team if these effects would go away they never answered and cancelled my subscription. So I’m out $150 with zero possibility of a refund. My advice is go to your PCP and skip this crap
Use this product for the last forty five days as a test.The most disgusting experience i've ever had in my life.Big pharma don't love you boys almost every time I tried this product.I had an upset stomach and even more often.I would puke my guts even on the.Regular low dosage, a disgusting product.You guys are profit before people and should be ashamed of yourself.Check out some of the newer products out there.I've had to because this stuff sucks
