I wasn't informed that I get charged $175 to speak with the Physician when only thing we requested with a regular customer service representative was to cancel the gummy vitamins: collagen. Instead, she sent me to a physician to cancel the gummy vitamin: collagen that I could buy from Amazon and charged my credit card without disclosing the "Doctor's Fees" of $175. I found out after my AMEX updated.:( Then when the prescription was sent, I was charged another $32 for the prescription that would have been $16 through another online Tele-med company. Unbelievably wrong. I would not have been distraught if this company would have told me that the cancellation of collagen from my subscription/prescription would cost me $175 consult. I would have cancelled completely prior to talking to their physician. Scamming people in need of help is just not right.
Avoid these pill pushers at all costs. They sold me topical finasteride without proper warning or consultation of the possible life-altering, debilitating permanent side effects that I encountered. They took no responsibility for their negligence and continue to deny any communication so that they can keep pushing their bogus drugs. The only way to stop them is with FDA involvement at this point. Shameful and disgusting company.
Everything has been commercialized and set up for the consumer very well. Great user interface. Only issue is how difficult it is to go beyond the FAQ's and get actually assistance (by phone, text or in-app/web-based IM'ing). My particular question: How can I edit my original weight data point? I'm able to edit my most recent input but not any historical data points. I need to edit my original weigh in figure. Please advise. Otherwise: good on ya, Hims
I contacted you through the app after I received a credit card notice that I was being auto renewed for another subscription. Your company never responded. I did not want this additional medicine. The prior doses did their job, but made me really sick and I did not want additional medicine. I had not even used all the medicine I had. Your company then delivered it to me days later. It is still in my fridge, unopened, and in the package it arrived in. I would like it removed from my credit card and I would like your company to respond to me.
