Package not delivered still. It has been 5 days. USPS has not given any updates on package movement. The order was shipped from and to the same state, so more than 5 days and no package is unexceptable. This is a high value package. Please stop using USPS. Please help me find my package. I have already been charged for the package.
Clinical support...very poor, the answer I received to a question relating to my medication didn't even check what prescription I was on and was inappropriate. It felt generic and referred me to my GP. This isn't what I would expect and asking the NHS to pick up the pieces is very poor. The site is geared towards sales at the detriment of everything else.
Please do not use this company. Check them out on BBB- but ignore the A+ and actually read the complaints. They are deceitful and will charge your card without permission and continue to give you medications despite you trying to stop the process. I’m out several hundred dollars, and I’m not the only one. They refuse refunds or cancellations and I was not able to dispute the transaction- technically it is my fault as I did not read the several page long permissions and they have a few small sentences about them charging without any contact and even if you haven’t spoken to a doctor etc. again- avoid this company !! Customer service is awful! There are much better and trustworthy methods of getting what you need.
