I ordered a microwave online.i was called 8am to tell me the delivery was coming.5pm was still waiting I called the manager at Hyde park warehouse, he had no clue where the delivery truck was broken and one truck was being used for all the orders. The driver was not answering and head office in Durban was not helpful.the order was delivered at.19h00.i am so disappointed invoice 32067917

I purchased my Bosch dishwasher online in December 2024 and we were very impressed with the product. Now It shows E-19 and does not want to reset. I contacted Hirsch and eventually got through to service 2 days later and was told i need to complete a form which after a week I still didn’t receive via email. I followed up multiple times and everytime it starts from the beginning and they have no idea what happened before. There is no direct way to contact the Service dept.
I went to the store by gateway and was looking for a vacuum and the sales lady was absolutely amazing.If I'm not making a mist a mistake her name is laaiqah she helped me all the way through and was absolutely friendly. She even took my number to send me specials. I think hirschs need more sales person like her that's what we customers want.
