Absolutely Frustrating Experience!

I would rate this a zero if possible! I placed my order in early November and have received nothing. After reaching out to the service, I suddenly received a few misleading ‘in transit’ emails, but those stopped weeks ago. Now, when I try to click the tracking link in any of the emails, my email provider blocks it, marking it as ‘HARMFUL! POTENTIALLY TRYING TO STEAL INFORMATION’! 😭 This has added to my anxiety! It’s best to steer clear of this entirely. I initially clicked the link from a social media ad for the open out makeup bag. 😭

Disappointing Experience with the Service

My experience mirrors that of many others. I ordered two makeup bags at the end of October. There were numerous tracking updates until they suddenly ceased after reaching Edinburgh. The customer service was okay in terms of response time, but the content of their replies was absolutely frustrating. They never provided a clear answer and kept asking me to wait longer. I set a deadline, clearly stating that if the items didn't arrive by then, I would request a refund. Eventually, I insisted on a full refund, which they processed within a few days. While I can't label them as scammers since I did receive my refund, this service is certainly lacking in quality. I would recommend avoiding them altogether.

Extremely frustrated with the customer service.

I am very upset and disappointed with the customer service. After waiting for 2 months, I still haven't received my makeup bags and missed the event they were intended for. I've requested a refund since I haven't received them, but they are refusing to process it. I’m unsure of what to do next, but it's clear that this company is lacking.

Awful experience with the service, avoid at all costs.

I had a terrible experience with the service. I purchased a word board game, and it came in a damaged box with missing game cards, making it unplayable. I was only offered a £1 refund, with no option for a replacement set of cards. I've since found the same board game (authentic, not counterfeit) on another platform for a lower price. I strongly advise against buying low-quality products.

We are so sorry for what happened. In this case, we have two solutions for you:

1. If you still want the product, we can resend your order, but this time we need to charge some money for our loss of the product and the first shipping fee.
2. If you would like a refund, we can refund you, but we have to minus the shipping fee and the loss of the product from the refund.

Waiting for your choice. Thanks for your understanding."

So, I can have a refund minus the cost of the item plus shipping? Zero them, yes?

Beware of ordering from this seller

I placed an order for makeup bags on 30 Oct for £25.98, but they charged me £32.48 on 3 Nov. After inquiring about non-delivery on 2 Dec, I received an immediate response about resending my order, which raised my concerns. I checked their Trustpilot reviews and decided to dispute the payment with my bank. If you see ads on social media, avoid ordering through them and go directly to the company's website instead.

Dishonest practices

I've had a terrible experience as well. Two months after my order was 'dispatched', the parcel was reported missing in the UK. They misled me multiple times, and when I confronted them about their dishonesty, they provided a vague response. They offered two options: a refund minus shipping fees or a resend with additional charges. This is unacceptable.

Complete scam
