If I could give -1 stars I would. HMD’s customer service has been the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I received my Nokia flip phone without a battery, making it completely useless. It has taken a WEEK to try to resolve this issue and I still don’t have a battery. I have NEVER experienced this bad costumer service EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HMD. ABSOLUTE TRASH. -10000000. AVOID AT ALL COST.
HMD Global Support is completely useless for Nokia products.Only garbage and robotic answers.The KaiOS operating system is a lame duck and in some cases completely unusable.There's no help from HMD on this.Next time I'll buy a Sam... at least that's fully developed.This way, Nokia will soon be dead.Totally bad reviews!
Awful customer service. Avoid.Bought a Nokia flip phone and after using twice the battery charger failed. Contacted their customer service numerous but only get AI or Bot template responses. Still not resolved the issue. Lucky I've got some old chargers.
Don't bother buying any of HMD's phones. I contacted HMD Global for an issue and all the reponse you can expect to get is just a standard templates emails harping on something that is not relevant to your technical issue so they can continue to act blur and do nothing about your issue. Shame on HMD, I hope they fail big time and close down.
Don't bother i purchased a phone back on the 3rd December and had nothing but issues non stop since i purchased it. firstly the audio on a call 95% of the time sounds digitized more so when in transit. secondly the when on a call on speakerphone the person the other end cannot hear you so very poor microphone when speakerphone is in use and lastly the camera quality is the worst i have experienced it wont focus and the photos are of awful quality. i have contacted HMD and they have told me to do a soft reset and a hard factory reset which didnt make any difference in any way so they now want the phone in for repair considering its only 2 months old and has had these issue from day one. i have told them i cannot be without a phone so they would need to come up with a solution to which they declined and told me basically tough. i have now told them they can have the phone which will be sent to there ceo's office and i will take them to court for the cost of the phone. HMD the concept of there phone is a very good idea basically a phone which you can repair yourself but it is very poorly made and is not worth the hassle
The phone itself is great except the crap camera quality and most importantly almost ever app I downloaded from the app store doesn't work on these phones such a let down I honestly cannot recommend this product to anyone, such a let down and a waste of money I feel ripped off
Do not purchase anything from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before doing so. I purchased a phone on the 20th Dec 2024. No charger was supplied with the phone when delivered. All I’ve received after sending a query is a repeated automated message saying not to worry as it will all be sorted out. It is now 9th Jan 2025 and still no charger. I purchased a paperweight for £99. Avoid buying at all costs anything from this company.
Abysmal, am trying to return a feature phone well within the grace period to be told its being passed to the "concern" team. Since been completely ignored and have to chase yet again. All for a paltry £34.74, which I would write off but now its about principle. One way or the other I will be getting my money back. DO NOT USE...bunch of Charlie Uniform November Tango Sierras
Nokia used to be such a reliable brand, now sadly run by HMD. Have the Nokia 225 4g and it has been terrible with faulty buttons and very poor sound. I can't successfully use an automated phone service such as paying a bill. Contacting HMD is very challenging, with automated emails and I have yet to receive a response with a method to return despite calling twice. HMD require a video of the problem with the device, but how is it possible to take a video of myself making an automated phone call and trying to demonstrate the buttons not working?! Would not recommend the Nokia brand sadly anymore and am still awaiting my money back otherwise will sadly have to take to the next stage.
I wish I had checked trustpilot before buying a phone from HMD Global ,payed for a new Nokia phone at the beginning of December and still waiting for it to be delivered .Unable to get a refund from them .Don’t use HMD Global to purchase a phone
