The phone has the Nokia name but that's it it's rubbish the simcard holder fell of could not make a call untill I found it then the back cover won't clip on rubbish really cheap funny thing it's dearer than most others now got ttphone half price ten times better shame on hmd being able to use the Nokia name to kid people noticed reviews says it's good noticed they all used it for a few days not forever so do not take any notice of them
Unbelievably AWFUL - simply DREADFULIt beggars belief how a company can be this bad. EVASIVE, UNHELPFUL, TOTAL LACK OF INTEREST, AI GENERATED CORPORATE 'BS' RESPONSE, FAILURE TO ANSWER DIRECT QUESTIONS the list goes on and on and on! About 6 weeks to collect, supposedly repair and then loose the phone. Sending it by air to Romania is hardly environmentally friendly! Only sorted it out when I started Court proceedings.
They sell their products in my country (Canada) but if it requires service after warranty (which isn't very good) there is no way of getting it repaired. Their 'support' gets you no where. They don't stand behind their products. Eventually they just ignore you.
Bought an HMD Pulse Pro direct from HMD. Reviews on the internet were mediocre but the phone has far exceeded expectations. Really cheap for what it is, responsive, great battery life, screen is great (720 is fine for a screen of that size). Best phone I've had for a really cheap price. What's not to like?!
SUPPORT IS VERY FRUSTRATING..THEY GIVE VAGUE ANSWERS AND RANDOM LINKS INSTEAD OF STRAIGHT ANSWERS...NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THEY DO NOT SHIP TO N.IRELAND ...ASKED THEM 3 TIMES TO CONFIRM WHY MY POSTCODE NOT RECOGNISED AT CHECKOUT AND TO CONFIRM IF THEY SHIP TO N.IRELAND..THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEMSELVES..JOKE OF A COMPANY.GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION ON THE PHONE TOO.
Please read reviews before considering any purchase from this company, it is not UK based and next day shipping is a joke, trying to get a refund for a phone that was never shipped, I only wish that I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered.AVOID AVOID AVOID
Do not buy anything at HMD, the worst customer service. My phone got destroyed during transport, I have contacted them at least 5 times and everyone just keeps on lying to me that they will contact me. I still have not heard anything from anyone at HMD.
How did a brand like Nokia team up with such a bad reseller?? It's a disaster, impossible to get someone online, order placed AND collected on August 20, today is September 6, still no delivery, on the DHL website, tracking stops on August 22. What a shame for Nokia.Honestly, don't waste your time with such a bad seller!
Bought a Nokia XR20 on August 7th. Sent by DHL, they took 4 days to get it to the border less than 200km away but the French Partner, Colis Privé, took less than 24h to get it to me. Had no help from the support, my package was 3 days late, they told me it was on "next day delivery service" and then that it would arrive under 9 workings days ?????I'm charging my phone right now only to discover that it was stored at 0% battery. YOU DO NOT WANT TO STORE A LI-ON BATTERY AT 0% EVEN MORE FOR A 2021 PHONE ! ! ! LEARN YOUR JOB. It has never happened to me with another phone maker (always between 20-60%).Edit : the phone works fine, battery lasts one day
Sent my Nokia XR21 for repair (damaged screen) under the warranty. I sent it on 11 July and they say that they have not got the parts and please bear with us. I today asked for a replacement phone which they clearly are not willing to provide.I am planning to request a refund through the Credit Card company. Whilst the phone is good it is not that tough but the repair service is abysmal.
