Do not even attempt to buy it. I own it and it is worse than terrible. They lie that it is 4GB of RAm but I tell you better that your 1GB SamSung is much faster. C22 and C32 and I deed anything from HMD should be a no go zone if you are looking for a NOKIA phone. They have destroy all the good of Nokia with this dumb brand HMD. Both c22 and c32 and any late models from HMD hang up and heat up irresponsibly and so will freeze severally without a warning if you have more than average apps on your device. Not to mention Android has added to the restriction. Both c32 and C32 are much worse off than earlier Nokia models from other makers not HMD eg Nokia 2.4 etc
DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, BUY FROM A REPUTABLE COMPANY.Totally useless repair service. They ask you to go through a process, but instead of arranging repair it sends you on to the recycling terms and conditions which you have to sign agree that phone will not be returned! This company is a total joke! Customer service team seem to be a bunch of robots with no ability to understand what you are saying or any empathy. I sent them the page requiring me to agree to not receiving the phone back. They replied to tell me to authorize them to submit repair request on my behalf and provide necessary information. I did this and they reply that they cannot submit on my behalf and I have to use the repair portal. Are they nuts!
What a complete waste of time. Although the customer support is ok, the phone is low budget. These phones which HMD have brought out in 2024 don't even come with 5G. I bought 2 pulse pro phones in June 2024 and had to send both of them back for a full refund which I received. There was a problem with the clock display on the lock screen. The 24 and 12 hour settings don't show in their entirety only the hours. What should be showing as minutes is produced by 3 dots. There is a software issue. I sent so many emails to HMD regarding this. I will never buy a phone from them again. I only tried them out because I had a good experience with a few Nokia phones over the years.
I bought their HMD XR21 from their website that stated it was 'more than tough' and that 'HMD XR21 can handle just about any environment. It’s even certified to MIL-STD-810H and IP69K standards.' The device simply isn't this. The warranty with the phone stated it is not covered if used in moist or dusty environments. I contacted HMD about getting a warranty to reflect their marketing but to no avail, 'We are aware of what is established ourselves with this device, it is pretty phone resistant but in this case, it is not possible to offer you a water guarantee since these are the company's policies.'I've returned the phone using their return portal, we shall see how it goes.
Ordered a Nokia phone. The parcel arrived and it soon became apparent that the box had been opened before. There was a big white sticky label o the bottom covering the bent and wrinkled box where they had forced the box open. The white label had a boot print on it where it had been stood on. The perforated section that goes from the corner to the middle had already been torn. Paidfor new, got abused. Me and HMD finished. Disgraceful.
Returned phone to HMD in London on 20 Feb. Been waiting all this time for a refund. Raised a chargeback, they said they accepted and processed, yet still zero refund. I've now taken them to court and charged extra on top. Extremely awful poorly run company that I cannot believe are still in business
AVOID AVOID AVOID, NO ORDER CONFIRMATION HAD TO CHASE SENT A LINK THAT YOU CANNOT ACCESS AS UNSECURE SO NO WAY OF TRACING OR TRACKING ORDER, Human Robots literally in that chat support WAS TOLD UP TO 9 DAYS TO RECIEVE MY PHONE UNBELEIVABLE RESPONSE FROM THE AGENT JUST SCRIPTED ANSWERS, SUDDENLY RECEIVED A ORDER CONFIRMATION WHEN I WAS CHATTING WITH THEM ASKED TO CANCEL THEY SAID i CANNOT HAS TO BE DONE WITHIN ONE HOUR OF ORDER WHICH IT STATES ON THE ORDER CONFIRMATION THAT I ONLY GOT 17 HOURS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. DESPITE THIS WOULD NOTY CANCEL OR ISSUE REFUND. sHOCKING ATTITUIDE, SERVICE, ONLY USED THEM AS BOUGHT A NOKIA BEFORE DIRECT FROM NOKIA HMD HAVE TAKEN OVER IT SEEMS WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAI N AND WILL RETURN PHONE OFF TO ARGOS TO BUY ONE NOW.USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL............Update my pnone was delivered today so despite the chat agent saying 2-9 days they did get it to me with 48hrs which is what you expect and get from all other phone providers.
