I reserved through Hola online for a rental at Hertz. There was a lack of information at the rental office,buti recived a response from Hola within 24 hours of my emailing them. Eventually, I did receive a refund as soon as the car rental period ended.
Used Hola at Miami Airport. Got a good rate and everything was included, no hidden extras.
The car was clean and nice, and the whole process was straightforward. Support was helpful as well.
Overall, a good experience and I’d use them again.
The process of booking and collecting the vehicle was incredibly easy and efficient. I received a larger car than I initially requested since the original vehicle wasn't available, which worked out perfectly as I was transporting my family to a wedding. This was a fantastic first-time car hire experience for me, and I would highly recommend the service.
When I arrived at the rental car service's counter to collect my vehicle, I faced an issue with my reservation. Even with the voucher that detailed the car size and other specifics, the company did not honor it. The representative who assisted me seemed disinterested in providing good service and only created barriers. I ended up paying more to get what the voucher promised according to the agreement. After returning from my trip, I reached out to the support team, and they promptly took action and filed a claim. The staff was very diligent, professional, efficient, and friendly. Everything was eventually resolved positively.

On the site and email said it included the "Third-Party Liability Insurance (Minimum required by law)" And soon as we arrived to the counter of "dollar car rental" the guys told us that aparently is a typo and we need to pay extra for the insurance (he wasn't willing to give us the car if we didnt pay) Update 1: talked with hola customer service, by the end of my rental they will open a dispute to refund my moneyWill update my rating by the 15 of nov when all is said and done
