I would recommend Holts Gems in an instant. Marianne was welcoming, knowledgeable and (very) patient. That made navigating online design meetings a breeze. It also provided reassurance that the engagement ring we designed would be perfect. That reassurance is near-enough priceless. Needless to say, the ring is beautiful and my fiancée and I couldn’t be happier with it.
I can’t recommend this place enough to get your engagement ring! I decided to take my other half with me so we could choose a ring together. They called up in advance to find out the style I was looking for and the budget so they would only show the options that were available. Alicja was amazing with helping us choose the perfect ring and went the extra mile in terms of customer service by explaining everything including the usually pitfalls. Marianne was extremely accommodating to let me pick up the ring on a day that they don’t usually have customers. She was incredibly warm and funny and provided all the information I needed. We’ll be back to buy our wedding bands from here!
Having never sourced an engagement ring (or let alone any other sort of diamond ring) in this way before, we found Holts, and in particular Claire, to be very straight forward, knowledgeable and patience. We have just collected the ring and are absolutely delighted with it.
