I had a fantastic experience with Holts Gems. The whole consultation process was very smooth and I felt valued and appreciated as a customer. Would very much recommend! In particular Sofia was especially helpful and I feel lucky to have had her knowledge and support throughout, as I was looking for an engagement ring and she was very sensitive to both my budget and ensuring it would be a lovely surprise for my partner (even coming up with creative ways to find her ring size!)
After many months of looking for an engagement ring for my gf, I stumbled upon Holt's gem and out of most jewellers I have visited, they were by far the best. Alicja was super helpful and very knowledge in all aspects. She helped me identify my gf's ring size exactly just from a photo I showed her. She also helped me get the perfect gemstone for the ring just from a simple conversation. Very kind and simple service. Would highly recommend especially for coloured gemstones.
We had the most lovely experience finding our wedding rings here. We worked with Marianne over email to set up an appointment time and discuss our preferences. When we came in for our appointment, she had a beautiful selection of rings all set up and ready for us to try. Her communication and expertise were fantastic throughout. We love our rings and are so thankful for Marianne's help - we couldn't recommend working with Holt Gems more!
Alicja and her team at Holts Gems are fantastic and created a beautiful bespoke engagement ring.I didn't spend a day in Hatton Garden as many do but went straight to Holts Gems based on already excellent feedback. I wasn't disappointed. Alicja was very attentive over the few initial appointments that I had and assisted with choosing the stones and explaining the characteristics. She also ensured that my followup questions about the design were answered to my satisfaction before we agreed to proceed. Pricing is honest and reasonable from the outset.I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Holts Gems and will return in future for further assistance. Sufficed to say, the ring was very well received!
