Spot on throughout! Great experience from start to finish. Right from the start, May created a relaxed environment and showed us a range of stones that met our requirements, as well as some options we hadn't previously thought of. After the initial visit, May was very helpful in answering all my questions with patience and clarity. She made the guided me through the process of making the challenging final decission, and kept me updated once decided upon. Upon collection of the finished engagement ring, Alicja kept up the relaxed atmosphere, and provided additional explanation about insurance and aftercare.
