I contacted Holt Gems after they were recommended to me as I wanted a quality jade bangle. I was not disappointed with my choice. Alicja provided a selection of bangles for me to try and was very attentive. I did not feel pressured or rushed, it was a nice experience and I got a perfect bangle.
The levels of patience and expertise made the process of choosing an engagement ring exactly what I'd hoped for. Holts carefully listened and acted on my preferences but added valuable and appropriate advice too, which all helped me choose the best diamond ring I could. Everything was explained and understandable and I know I've got the perfect ring for the perfect person. Would highly recommend.
We were looking for a queer friendly place to purchase our wedding bands. Holt Gems came up in our search, and from a bad start to the day from previous ring appointments, we didn’t have high expectations. However, as soon as we stepped in, we felt welcome and communication via email has been brilliant from before and after our initial appointment. May showed us a multitude of various designs and styles that she thought would suit our engagements rings, as well as others. After lots of trying on, we managed to choose our dream rings. She was attentive and it felt like talking to a friend as we discussed what we wanted individually and our wedding. Thank you for making our experience so easy and we can’t wait to wear our rings forever!
Alicja, May and the team at Holts Gems have done the most wonderful job in interpreting my vision for a pendant and I could not be more thrilled with the result. We had a lovely sales representative called Amy who really knowledgeable but also very friendly and not at all pushy or salesy. She really listened to what me and my partner we’re looking for in a ring and it wasn’t long until we were presented with our one.Once we had found the ring, the next steps were very smooth and both Amy & Alicija were very helpful with organising payment and delivery. They were even kind enough to allow me to pay for it in three instalments. Couldn’t recommend Holt Gems more highly. Great service, great selection of beautiful rings and great customer care.
Great, custom service. Simei took my 'inspiration' list from my partner, talked me through all the different options and what to look out for and then showed me a large range of different options.Over the session we narrowed it down to the ring I ordered. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase at all and it was very enjoyable.The ring was produced ahead of the estimated window, in time for me to pick up before a holiday and it went down wonderfully. I look forward to coming back when it comes to wedding rings.
