My family and I have been visiting and buying products from Holts over the last 15-20 years. Our experience at Holts has been amazing, the staff at Holts are exemplary with their knowledge and customer service. Alicja and Farah were both super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. They were happy to accommodate appointments around our work schedules and had my ring ready for me in record time. I definitely won’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.
Being completely new to engagement ring shopping and with practically no understanding of what to look for other than a quick google beforehand and seeing something in relation to the four C's, I was understandably nervous about this endeavor. After all, this is meant to be the one and (hopefully) only time I would need to do this.After visiting a number of jewelers in Hatton Garden trying to find my feet I came across Holts Gems. Very simply the reason why I chose Holts was because, unlike the others, the conversation did not feel pushy. I didn't feel like I was being sold anything. Instead I was being educated and educated by someone who was not only friendly but also who really knew their trade. I wanted to get this right and Holts gave me the confidence that we would. Special thank you to Marianne who put me totally at ease and gained my trust.As a final thought, the street entrance to Holts might look a bit underwhelming as a first impression but don't let that make you feel uneasy. It's a shared entrance with stairs leading up to the jewelers on the 2nd floor. Once inside it's a lovely space and very professional as expected.

Holts were fantastic! Their service was excellent talking me through diamond categories and allowing and supporting me to take my time to make decisions on the diamond and band combination. They supported the process every step but where never pushy or ‘salesy’ always ensuring I was happy and comfortable before proceeding even suggesting I slept on it before final purchase. Overall a brilliant service!
The team at Holts Gems were a real pleasure to work with throughout the process of finding an engagement ring for my partner. I dealt primarily with Sofia (who was a superstar!) but all team members were knowledgable, accommodating and friendly. It helped turn a daunting and stressful process into something that was actually quite fun!
