This has been the worst furniture shopping experience I've ever had. For the past two months, my shoe racks haven't been sent. They have no idea where my order is and provide no updates, compensation, or support. I do not recommend this site for furniture purchases.
I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a sofa, and after waiting, it arrived with a torn side, a missing zipper, and no holes for leg assembly. I was extremely let down. However, after reporting the issue, the company contacted me promptly, offered multiple solutions, arranged a return, and processed my full refund. I would rate their customer service 5/5 for honesty, but their quality control before shipping deserves a 0/5.
I received a product in the wrong color, and by the time I got home, the repairman had already taken everything away, making it impossible to return. I had to repaint the item myself, as I dislike the gray color and can't understand how it could be confused with black during shipping.
This has been an absolutely dreadful experience! We ordered a TV stand, but only one part was delivered. When we contacted the delivery service, they informed us that the other part is still with the company. We've been trying to reach out via calls, emails, and their website for a week with no response at all! Very disappointing!! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
The color of the product is red, I guess it was not properly covered by whatever there is supposed to be to make it look like what you see on the photos. Misleading advertising, support did not answer me, poor client service. I would never ever use this shop again and would always advise against using it to any of my friends in the Netherlands. Deeply disappointed.
