Thank you to Home Leisure Direct for an excellent experience having purchased a Chester pool dinning table. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff providing clear guidance and answers to questions I had in the showroom. Table came 3 weeks after purchase. Table was Installed by 2 people, both were professional and friendly. The pool table is amazing. Highly recommended
From the initial enquiry phone call to the installation and handover of our 7ft American pool table, Home Leisure Direct were professional, knowledgeable and delivered flawless customer service. The table is class and is now a centre-piece in our 'Bunker' . Would definitely highly recommend!!! 5 STARS
shopped around for a Rasson pool table and these guys where defiantly the most helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a great price with tip-top service. Bought and ordered all over the phone, they delivered before the estimated due date and spent several hours setting everything up, making sure all was ok and removed all the packaging too. 100% good service.
Charlie from 'Home Leisure Direct' had been great from start to finish. We went to the showroom to have a look at a few of the tables and Charlie was ever so helpful and made it a breeze purchasing the pool dining table. He answered all our questions, and we went away having purchased a 'Signature Chester Pool table'. We were made up with the table but also Charlie's top service. Overall, the experience with Home Leisure Direct and Charlie was exceptional. Everything went to plan and the chaps who came to fit the table in our dining room explained every step of what they were doing. The entire process was painless and there was one less thing to worry about seeing that we were moving home!Thank you Charlie and Home Leisure Direct
Wouldn't touch their tables with a barge pole. I ordered a dining room/pool table. After assembly, I noticed a line/ridge was running down the side of the table. I contacted Home Leisure, who informed me it would brush out. How the hell will a ridge in the MDF brush out? The table was swapped after poor customer service not replying to my correspondence within a timely manner. Another table was sent, and again, after messing about dismantling the old table and assembling the 2nd table, only to find a nail protruding from the MDF through the cloth. Also on the legs and underneath the table, the wood effect was cracked, chipped & dented. Total disgrace for a £700 table. No real apology for the poor quality. I was asked if I wanted another table and politely declined.I then purchased roughly the same table from Liberty Games, £200 cheaper, better quality & better customer service. There was a slight mark on the table tennis side of the table top, bang, without question, I was asked if I wanted a replacement or £50. I took the £50 as I could live with the mark.In all, I am totally satisfied with the table from Liberty Games.
