I immediately contacted customer service and received assistance right away. They sent me instructional videos to help resolve the issue. When it became clear that this would not solve the problem, Vivian from customer service arranged to send me a new lamp, which had no issues. I was very satisfied with the communication throughout the process. The responses were prompt, and they were attentive to my needs as a customer.

The product photos were very appealing, though I ordered with some hesitation.However, my concerns were unfounded. The package arrived within just three days, which was a very pleasant surprise. The installation of the lamp was straightforward and quick. I am absolutely delighted with my new Vertigo Pendant Lamp in white with a diameter of 140 cm.The value for money is excellent. Homelights impressed me as a reputable Dutch shop with good taste and a very good selection. Especially for those on a tight budget, you can get designer pieces that really stand out. After reading the bad reviews here, I had strong reservations. And then I was pleasantly surprised. The lamps were flawless, absolutely beautiful! And the customer service and shipping were fast and super friendly. I don't understand the bad reviews at all. Unfortunately, I cancelled a second order because of them and I'm really annoyed that I did that... I'll definitely order here again!
