We needed a new lamp for our living…

We needed a new lamp for our living room. I looked to a Serge Mouille lamp and after seeking in Internet I found a similar lamp at homelights. I orderd it and it came very soon with DHL. The price is super and it look very good in our living room.Many thanks at homelights.nl

Great lamps, great service!

We ordered 2 lamps for our kitchen and really loved them! One of the two laps was a bit tilded and thanks to the very helpful customer service, we received a new lamp very fast. Love the lamps, they are an eye catcher in our house!

Nice design, reasonable price

I give five stars for the design and quality of the product. However we needed some weeks of patience before the lamp was shipped because it was out of stock. For this reason only 4 stars for the overall assessment.

Very bad service

Very bad service, late respons on emails, late sending though I did pay for a fast delivery. Not coming with a normal solution when I ordered the wrong lamp. And way overpriced, found the same lamps on ali express for 70% less. Do NOT order with them

Return costs of more then 50 euros

Return costs of more then 50 euros! Dont buy anything here. I had to ask for more then 5 times for the return adress, then i had to return it to China on my own cost together with a restocking fee. This was absolute not clear when ordering.

I was looking for two hanging lamps for a while until I discovered Home Lights. They have a great variety of lamps to choose and compare. I paid for the fast delivery and it was home right on time. I was happy with the quality too and customer service team from Home Lights.

THIS IS AN ILLEGAL CHINESE SCAM!!! Just bought lamp there, very bad quality and impossible to return. Will go to the police today, please don't trust them!!

Very bad return policy: do not order here.

It took 4-5 weeks for my package to arrive. I ordered lamps, and discovered thery won't fit. When I asked about the return policy, they tell me there will be a 20% restocking fee, meaning I need to pay 44 euros fee. Also, you need to pay for the delivery costs of the return to China. As an alternative, I got offered 10-20% discount on my next order. When I tried to negatiote to get the restocking fee off the table, it was possible to get 70 euros discount on the next order, but "there profits are very low", so I should understand their position in not being able to bear the cost of return. Will never order here again.

Bullied by customer service

Bullied by customer service. Ordered a product 10 months ago, not a good experience. Was eventually resolved and refunded, but I continued to receive emails from customer service to alter the review, which they considered bad for business. Now after 10 months I receive a request for more personal information, name, phone number to they can better understand my initial complaint. Failure to do so may result in my review being flagged as not based on a real experience. Needless to say this is not going to happen, for fear they'll start pestering me on the phone as well. This company does not understand the concept of customer service!
