While the customer service has been…

While the customer service has been great, I have only received 1 lead. That lead has not responded after multiple attempts. I have tried another lead source in the past and I was getting multiple leads a day, while not all of them turned into a transaction, I still received some leads. I have been with homes.com for over a week now. I am hoping this gets much better.

Great service from support at homes.com Excellence Both agent I worked with very helpful sign up prices was great and easy. Then support walked me through the site. Was great and very helpful. however first lead came In was bad lease. She is not looking for home and hang up the phone
