I am very unhappy with the service and…

I am very unhappy with the service and I have been requesting to cancel. They wont let me cancel and want me to pay for 3 mo. total to cancel or stay on for 6 months. I absolutely do not want the service and I do not want to pay anymore! VERY UNHAPPY AND DISSATIFIED!

Get a representative to help set you up

Once I got to talk to a representative he helped me set up. There is a lot that can be done with this site. It will take time to set everything up that is available.
