Homes.com Is awful. I have had a membership for 8 months and haven't gotten one qualified lead. I have tried to contact them about canceling and they say I can't cancel, or they don't respond. I was also told that the leads would be exclusive to me, but my colleague got the same lead as me, and he doesn't pay for homes.com. Stay away from using them.
BAD * BAD * BAD * Do NOT advertise with Homes . com, you are wasting every penny!Their salesmen, support team etc. are all not qualified nor capable to display your agent website correctly, numerous mistakes were made and listed about my agent profile since March 2024 like incorrect website link, incorrect service areas, incorrect brokerage name and more …. They promised me a refund of my annual subscription package several times but never did. An absolute joke and disgrace!
Homes.com is horrible and ripping off agents. They promise you online presence and leads and fail to deliver. I was told I could cancel if I wasnt satisfied, only to find out you CANNOT CANCEL. Even if they arent delivering anything that was agreed to and promised. Plan to pay them for 12 months for NOTHING. Shame on them. and even the other companies that had partnered with them are dropping them. Wish I had done more research on them. Word to the wise if you are a real estate agent, RUN AWAY as fast as you can!
HOMES.com is such a waste of time and money from day one..... Leads provided are all scams, wrong phone numbers, wrong information, etc. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY. From day one they set up the account incorrectly, it took two months for them to get it set up and they conveniently added two months to our contract. We tried to cancel time and time again with no avail. Will our account manager was unable to help and provided only excuses, I have been escalated to Chris and still not getting anywhere and have sent numerous emails to customer service. I have asked him to escalate it further and we'll see where it goes. This is going to be $5,400.00 down the drain. I would have rather given our money to the ASPCA where it would have at least done some good.
They misrepresent how many views they have been received for a listing. 1000% more than any other site. I can only believe they are misrepresenting these numbers is to make people think their site is getting more views and activity.
Brokers beware of this "service" and do NOT sign up. This service to Realtors & brokers is extremely poor. Every lead I have received is SPAM/scamming. I spend more time on vetting the "leads" provided than using any aspect oh homes.com for myself or my clients. When I signed up I thought I'd try it, but was unknowingly signed up for a year subscription. It is a total waste. They do not promote agents as local agents nor feature listing as promised.
I signed up for 6 months...HUGE mistake! I didn't get any leads. I called to cancel on June 7th several people at Homes.com have indicated they see my request to cancel. I was automatically renewed in August for another 6 months!! What a SCAM they are running. Do't sign up save yourself some agony and money.
