DO NOT USE THIS APP! I received a lead from a fake seller asking me to list property that wasn't even his! The email sent to me had the name of the official property owner of record but when I spoke with the supposed owner, he didn't know anything about the property nor could he speak coherently. I thought something was off so I figured out how to get a hold of the real property owner and he said is was a total scam...he wasn't selling! So to rectify the problem, I tried to access my account and of course I can't even get into it!! I can't change my password or anything. What a waste of time! There are other good "leads" programs...avoid this at all costs!

Homes.com has posted inaccurate valuations of my property…

Homes.com has posted inaccurate information regarding my property and refuses to correct it, even when presented with verifiable information, such as from tax roles and appraisals. Homes.com will only correct the information if the house is listed in the MLS. My home valuation on Homes.com is $100,000-150,000 lower than valuations on Zillow, Motovo, Redfin, and Trulia. Homes.com is a highly inaccurate website for property valuations. The property valuations on Homes.com should be disregarded and other property websites such as those listed above should be consulted.

In regards to renting

*For rentals* Home owners or the management team they entrust with their posting(s) lie about the pet policy. Too often listing as "pets allowed" but no further information, so potential renters have to inquire. Often this results in outrageous fees, I personally was asked $750 PER PET plus $50 pet rent. It also opens the door for discrimination against certain breeds with misinformation, like Labradors are diggers, and pit bulls are aggressive. I can't trust this site if the postings don't reflect accurate information. Homes.com needs to ensure integrity of listings.

actually a 4.5 star as we had to adjust things on the fly. It would have been great to have had things delineated before having live consult. Also, so far NO LEADS???????

False add. by Homes. com. & Realty solution.

Homes. com.  also go by Realty solution. They are using my address at 9247 E 3500 S, Randlett, UT 84063. with false advertising to the public. I requested a free assessments to a property,  and not only they did not provide, any real assessment, but they made my address public to advertised their site with a false assessment, and false deceiving information to the public. I'm in the process to submit a full complaint to the congress for investigation  because they are deceiving people as a marketing strategy, invading peoples privacy, and violating consumers affairs.
