The WORST company you can possibly order from. They sent us defective/broken dining room chairs - we paid $1,600 for a set of 4.I mean the WORST customer service for something at this price point that I have ever experienced. We tried to reach out multiple times and only received 1 response during those times that was totally insufficient. The rest of the times they ignored us.STAY AWAY - do NOT purchase anything from them.
I purchase a chair on 6/28/21. And here it is 2 months later and I can't get a reply on the status of my order. I emailed them on 6/29/21no reply, 7/1/21 no reply, 7/08/21 no reply, 7/19/21 no reply and today. I have already paid for these item. I think it very bad customer service that you can't even get an updated. I would like my money back please.
My item on July 16, 2021. I received a message on July 19, 2021 that my item was shipped to the delivery company. The delivery company called me on 7/21/2021 to schedule delivery and I advised that my ZIP Code was incorrect.I was advised that I had to call Home Square to correct it which I did. I have yet to receive an updated date on shipping or my item. Home square customer service is very responsive, however it seems that the delivery company metropolitan is not as they are HS is not able to provide me with updated shipping info. I am beyond frustrated at this point!!!

Worst, I ordered a mirror weeks ago. FedEx listed it as damaged and was being returned per sellers request. Trying to get a replacement has been a nightmare. No one can give me a answer of when or if a replacement is coming or out of stock. Think twice before you order from this company.
THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST I MEAN ABSOLUTE THE WORST PLACE TO PLACE A ORDER FOR ANYTHING I PLACED MY ORDER ON JULY 1 2021 at 1:30 am MY EMAIL CONFORMATION SAID IT WILL BE SENT JULY 16 2021 IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED SO I CALLED HOMESQUARE AND THEY TOLD ME THEY DO NOT HAVE RECORD OF MY ITEAMS I SAID I HAVE PAYMENTS ON MY DEBIT CARD STATING I DID WE WENT BACK AND FORTH FOR ABOUT 45 mins BEFORE I GOT OFF THE PHONE I SPOKE OUT AND SAID IF MY SHIPMENT IS NOT TOGETHER SOON IM CONTACTING MY LAWYER AND HUNGUP LATER THAT DAY I RECEIVE A EMAIL STATING THEY HAD MY SHIPMENT SO I CALLED BACK AND SET UP MY DELIVERY DATE HOMESQUARE SAID OH THE ONLY DATE WE HAVE FOR SHIPPING IS AUGUST 9 2021 I BEGIN GETTING MAD AGAIN AND FINALLY SAID WHAT THE HELL WITH IT ILL TAKE THAT DELIVERY DATE FOR AUGUST 9 2021 AND THAT WAS IT A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER I GET ANOTHER EMAIL THIS TIME IT AAY MY ITEAM WAS CANCELED I never canceled my order SO THE NEXT MORNING WHICH IS TODAY I CALLED HOMESQUARE THE WOMEN SAID THE ITEAM IS CANCELED AND DO I WANT MY MONEY ??? Emailed to get shipping status after waiting 48 hours they allow themselves to reply after the order did not ship as promised. Called and got Kenny who refused to help or transfer to someone in customer service. Canceling this order before weeks go by like the other reviews.
This is the worst company ever.I ordered coffee table and end tables in dark brown. Steve Silver- lola coffee table with end tables.They sent me black. I emailed them and they told me they would check with the "manufacturer". They were told that it only comes in black. Contacted them ,let them know that its deceptive business practice and false advertising to sell something ,you claim doesn't exist.I had to take it back to the store.This has gone on for over 2 1/2 weeks. I still have not gotten my money back.331.99$ plus tax I have not received back at this point.At this point I'm considering sueing them for what they have put me through.
