I ordered a mattress they sent the wrong one I immediately told them it was wrong they said they sent what I ordered and cannot replace it after numerous emails they claim they are saying a new mattress is being sent but with covid they are unable to know time line and more emails now my mattress is not being sent because they say they sent the correct order already I try to buy a replacement mattress with no.luck even if I pay for the new one now they are just avoiding me
Ordered and canceled the next day. They still shipped out my item. Now their website states there is a re stocking fee. Im stuck with a item i dont need and cancelled within 24 hours. They send me a shipped email on a sunday when they are closed and no shipping goes out. Low life scum bags. F-
Ordered item, came with no manual and no hardware to put it together. Called Walmart, they said no one answered so they would send them an email. Oh, and instead of just sending a replacement. I have to wait at least 2 days for the response and they were not sure how homesquare would resolve the problem. Last time walmart online gets my order.
Ordered a dining table from them through Walmart. Table top came broken. Started replacement process. They sent another table top but said they would not pick up the first one and we had to dispose of it. Second tabletop came, broken. We are getting a refund through Walmart but they have refused to pick up their broken garbage and are trying to stick us with the cost of disposing of these tables. Note that they are between 200lbs and 300lbs and we have to pay to dump them. Still going back and forth with them and with Walmart to work something out.
Buyer beware. I ordered (and was charged) a daybed on 1/29 with a ship no later than 2/15 date. With no notice to me, they changed that to 3/1. Now we are at 3/1 and there is no date even listed. I tried calling the customer service number on my invoice only to find there is no customer service to talk to, this is only for sales. The only way to get help is through email. For what they charge, you can (and will) get better service from other providers.
COMPLETE SCAM. I bought a couch and received tracking info and was charged immediately and the delivery date continued to be pushed out. I ended up with 2 tracking numbers from 2 different freight shippers who both said they never even received the couch from home square. It’s complete BS DO NOT BUY!!!!!
iI had recently ordered a Pemberly Row Kitchen Island with Spice Rack in Gray Oak and it wasn't long to receive item went together fine no problems. i was very pleased with it. I was using it for my coffee marker three days later i noticed the counter top had bumps on it from a couple of water drops this shouldn't have happened this top should be made with a surface that repels water not made with raping paper well homesquare doesn't want to stand by there product told me to contact Walmart this is what they said Sorry for the issues you are having with your order. Please contact Walmart directly they can help you file a return through their system, or initiate the return process through your Walmart account.IT IS SAD WHEN COMPANY DOESN"T STAND BEHIND THERE PRODUCT
I ordered a dining table directly from their website which was expected to be delivered within a week. After 10 days, however, there was still no tracking number nor estimated delivery date. Their customer service was non-existent, and had no ability to actually provide useful information. They continued to claim they were waiting to hear from the "manufacturer" for an update and would advise once they had an update.As far as I'm concerned, this company appears to collect the money, sit on it while they find a way to fulfill the product and then string you along to try to get you not to cancel.Don't buy from this company. And for those of you still waiting on refunds, don't bother with that route. Just call your credit card company to chargeback and harm their rating with their payment merchant accounts.
I ordered a coffee table from HomeSquare and after three weeks of waiting, it was never shipped. My credit card was charged within 2 days of purchasing the item and I was immediately provided a tracking number, but after two weeks of no updates by the freight shipping company or their online tracking system, I called and found out that the freight shipping company had neither received any shipping information nor the table itself to be able to ship it to me. After a week of delays back and forth on the phone with HomeSquare (turns out you have to go through their Sales department to ask for Customer Service to be able to talk to a live person, because they ignored my email to their Customer Service support), I finally just cancelled the order and ordered the table through a different seller. Simply put, DO NOT ORDER FROM HOMESQUARE. They advertise products as being "In Stock," but are unable to deliver the item. They will run you in circles claiming to be trying to reach the manufacturer, asking for 24-48 hours of time each time, but after a week, I got fed up. AVOID HOMESQUARE / CYMAX AT ALL COSTS.
