Placed my order and THEN read all these bad reviews. After reading these I was so nervous I almost canceled my order. So glad I did not!!! I had an awesome experience. Package arrived on time and was the most well packaged furniture delivery I've ever gotten. All the pieces were accounted for and no scratches or dents on the nightstands or entryway table. Plus, these exact same nightstands were more than $100 more on other websites. Will definitely be buying more items from homesquare.
DO NOT buy from Home Square, which is Cymax stores. If you are shopping on Amazon, Houzz, Walmart or any marketplace make sure the seller is NOT Homesquare/Cymax. There is NO customer service at all. We purchased a couch for our daughters first apartment. The couch was left in the back parking lot of her apartment building with a huge hole in it. They did not even bother to ring the intercom or place the item in the building. Had no idea it was delivered until we received an email. We immediately tried to contact them and took pictures of the sofa. NO response! NO live person just gives you an email. I even tried to create an account with their “help center” who said my order does not exist. We then called Walmart who also tried to contact them on our behalf. NO response!! I now have to dispute with my credit card company and hope that works. Thanks to Walmart for trying to help! DO NOT order from this seller on any marketplace!!
NEVER AGAIN! I purchased a bed over a month ago. I received an email that there would be a delay. I emailed them stating I was ok with the delay. Several hours later I get an email that my request for delay was under review, I emailed again I didn't want to cancel. I tried to call, they refer you to email. Few minutes later I get a cancellation order. They suck, don't buy from them.
Absolutely the WORST customer service. I order a side chair and their "white-glove service" delivered a completely bent and deformed chair! I have been trying to call, email etc but NO RESPONSE. I would encourage everyone to seriously think twice before ordering anything from them!
The worst customer service ever. I ordered a dresser and it took them 11 days just to tell me it was out of stock and I only got that information after I asked for a status report. Secondly they never answered an email sent to the address on their website. I had to telephone them and get a second email address. Then after two days they told me it was out of stock. I'll never buy from them again.
Is there a single human being that works at homesquare!? I ordered a dresser and two night stands and I only got the dresser and one night stand. My night stand got returned without me knowing. Like what the actual f*. I emailed them a couple of times and called but got referred to their email. I WANT WHAT I PAID FOR.
I wish I would've checked Trust Pilot before placing my order with Home Square. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I placed an order and received an email stating that I requested a cancellation within two days. (This was inaccurate and I thought it may've been a phishing email. I emailed HS and got no response.) I tried calling their customer service and they only provide an email address. I finally found a workaround and spoke to a human and he was rude, unhelpful and waning on offensive. I'll happily pay $20 extra to buy from another company instead.
Home square is absolute trash. Do not order from them. They will only respond to you if you get your credit card company involved. They ship broken products and just ignore you and offer pity discounts to keep it. Never order from this trash company or Cymax. Giving this company 1 Star is offensive they deserve 0. Go with a local company or a reliable seller who has communication skills.For anyone having the issue of homesquare not responding, just go right to your credit card company. They only answer then since it hits their margin hard. Don’t let this trash company keep a penny
I ordered an electric fireplace from Home Square, which apparently ordered from Cymax. I was given an order confirmation, a shipped date and a UPS tracking number. UPS claims the tracking number is invalid and they have no scheduled deliveries for my address. Home Square has no way to reach customer service other than through e-mail. I have sent e-mails but have not received any response. I have filed a dispute with paypal, but that will take time to resolve. I do not recommend using this company. Unfortunately I checked them out with Google reviews where they have a 4.6 star rating as compared to Trust Pilot which has them at a 1.5 star review.
