AVOID this Company !! I was ( Cold Called ) My washing machine extended warranty was due for renewal, this company called me and led me to believe it was a continuation of my original policy , they took £198.00 and 3 weeks later they took £240.00 from my account that I did NOT authorise !!Several phone calls later and I am still fighting for my money back !!They are so rude and abrupt when you call them. AVOID Them !!
Recently renewed my policy to cover the breakdown of my washing machine,( £140 including VAT.) Homesure took £240 from my credit card, eight days later they took another £240 from my credit card all unauthorised,It has taken a number of phone calls and several days to achieve a return of my money. AVOID THEM!
After we had cancelled the Bogey insurance they kept pestering my elderly mother to take a new policy out.. For a 8 Year old (Maybe more) washing machine!! 120.00 a Year! For 3 years.. I live in Italy so not able to do much although I sent an email from their site asking to cancel.. And will call police and fraud sites!
Avoid this worthless service. Our washing machine failed so put a call in for an engineer and was told we would hear in 24 hours. After 30 hours we called back and was told they meant 48 hours. After ANOTHER 24 hours we received a third party service company call and was offered an appointment in THREE WEEKS for a non-operating washing machine!! This company obviously is a VERY low priority with Bosch and to call their £260 contract a "Breakdown Plan" is totally missleading.
My elderly mother was conned into buying Drains cover and they’ve set a DD for £25 a month at her bank. She still receives calls from this same company asking for payment for different types of cover. They have her bank details and take the money without consent. They’ve even set up radiator cover - she has no radiators in the house! I have ironically just used the drains cover via Homesure but they can’t do the work as it’s apparently capped at £500 and I was advised to go through my insurance. When I asked why I don’t just do that anyway I was told but then you’ve got to pay the excess….which I now have to do anyway ….jeez!
If only I was allowed to give minus stars it would be minus 10.My wife was called earlier this year to renew a policy which we started in 2018. We received a letter dated the 7th of April 2021 with a charge of £260 including VAT showing a start date of 7th April 2021, an anniversary date of 7th April 2024 and a frequency of collection as Triennial.This letter showed that the items now covered were a Washing Machine and Fridge Freezer.In May 2021 we received an identical letter with the same policy number, with a charge of £260 including VAT except that the start date was now 20th May 2021, an anniversary date of 20th May 2024 and a frequency of collection as Triennial.This letter also showed that the items now covered were a Cooker/Oven and Tumble Dryer which we did not ask to have covered and the £260 was taken from my wife’s card without authorisationMy wife has now noticed that they have taken a further £240 from her card, again without authorisation.I would advise anyone who has given their card details to this company to cancel that card immediately.I have written to the Financial Services Ombudsman to complain
Had a washing machine repair this morning and want to say that I was very happy with this plumber, he was wearing a face mask and offered to take his shoes off when entering my house. I wouldn't usually come online to write a review but I had an awful experience recently with an emergency plumber from google when I had a burst pipe, and I came on here to write bad review on them! Thank you Clem? Its refreshing to have a someone turn up on time and have manners. Hopefully don't need you again!
I took out this policy for Breakdown Cover as I was lead to believe it was a continuation of the warranty that had just expired on my washing machine (cold called). The letter received stated that all parts and labour were included,however about 6 months into the agreement the door was difficult to shut I spoke to their representative who said the door wasn’t covered. Recently we required an engineer as the drum has dropped Homesure have said a repair is not viable and were quite rude and abusive when I questioned it we (of course) have not seen a copy of that report. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone with this agreement to look at the terms and conditions very carefully as there are a lot of get out clauses.
