Did not deliver the order. Claimed courier tried to deliver but didn’t not. Obtaining money by deception. Will not answer calls asking for tracking details and despite cctv on property claim I have to contact an imaginary courier to try and receive it. Do not buy from them as they do not answer emails either
This is the first time I have ordered from Honeybalm. They kept me up to date on delivery and it arrived in good time.The products are really cute and I love the look, they really make it look like a quality product.These are Christmas gifts so none have been tested yet but they look amazing.
Love the fact it’s not tested on animals, the product is nice and smooth and your lips and comes in all different flavours only one thing is at fault …. I wish I got it in lipstick, especially when you’re out just seems to be a bit of a chew on but I love it.
Balm is lovely, packaging looks amazing however initially great but becomes irritating having to unscrew all the time. I would prefer the stick on the lid with immediate access to balm without having to unscrew. This is the only thing that puts me if buying again- otherwise great product
