I’m not sure how, but my flight was half the price compared to other sites. Booking can be risky, but I considered a few factors: they were linked through a reputable search engine, and I used a credit card with good refund policies. In the end, I received my flight details within 24 hours, and everything went smoothly. No complaints here; if you're saving $2000, it's worth the risk!
We book a hotel in Hongkong knowing this hopegoo.com is based in China and regrated it. The amount is HKD2,965.58 was debited from by credit card for a 4 night stay during PEAK December 2025. However, they send us an email about 17 days before our stay saying "your booking is rejected and we are trying to sort it out, please wait".... This started a waiting game and we just kept ourself WORRIED and check with them every day (via email and webchat) as the whole family may end up no where to sleep as long as they continue to "sort it out". Days pass and eventually we gave up 12 days before our stay and have to pay extra for a room in another website. Hopegoo.com, you are inhumane and show no thoughts for your customer. Our request for refund has not been refunded and we shall publish this bad experience to all unaware customer from patronizing your site. Never patronize them as they are only interested to debit your money without checking whether there is a room or not!!First replyi from Hopegoo 25.11.25-Hopegoo replied to this Complain And after doing what they reqiested nothing happens. No answer no compensation and merely lip Service.The reply i guess is auto generated and not genuine. I'm still waiting...-Second reply received 1.12.25. HopeGoo ask me to show proof I will purchase hotel from another website. They do not think I am going to Hongkong and doing this to earn credit/cheap compensation.They also demand to see the guest staying, proof of hotel check in/out etc. i guess it is to discourage us from pursuing further claim from them.-Third Reply 12.12.25. Hopegoo sent numerous email asking for tedious but no compensation to date. They wish to make a payment less than what is promised and keep dragging the process with bad intention.-No reply from them although I enquire with a few emails asking for an answer. They just push you to different virtually 'created department and ask you to wait for their department to answer you back. It seems like they are closing the subject and try to run away from their misdeed. It is pure bad business practice.
i tried to book a flight. at the time of payment the website gave message that payment was not authorised by the bank and booking is not confirmed. I booked the ticket with another website. An hour later i noticed that money had been debited form my account and Hopegoo issued the ticket. This is wrong informaiton given by them and is a fraud. The customer services are slow to respond. their telephone number is in China only. It is two days and there is no confirmation that they are refunding my money.I have been in touch with their customer services via email but it is now ten days. They have refused to accept their mistake and refused to refund.

Buyers be aware. I lost $1700 because I bought non refundable fare. No flexibility whatsoever. Very poor communication, half is Chinese. During chats most of conversation didn't make sense. No point in asking for supervisor or anything like that. Oh and by the way, they work on Bejing timezone so you better get some sleep before you contact them. Update: when you checkout on the website, they offer as they put it "100% refund guarantee", but its not a 100% refund in case of cancellation, because they are limiting refund to $71 so you might be paying thousands for flight and getting SCAMMED into thinking you are getting a refund.Replying to hopegoo: airline did return $340 and you guys kept $1400. So the ticket cost $340 and hopegoo fee is $1400, how does it make any sense
Found out at airport that my flight was canceled 24hours prior but i hadn't been informed because hopegoo didnt give the airline my contact details. Then when i went to contact travelgoo, the cuatomer service chat system wouldnt work and they have no phone number for support.The company is a total scam
My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I’ve spent far too much time going back and forth with customer service, only to receive the same repeated responses with no real help or resolution.When I tried to make a change to my booking, I followed all the necessary steps, but the company failed to provide clear guidance or any flexibility. Instead of offering real support or accountability, they simply referred me to policies and avoided taking responsibility.I do not recommend this company due to their poor communication, lack of understanding, and unwillingness to assist customers in a fair or timely manner. I will not be using their services again and will be leaving an honest review to warn others about my experience.— Lucy!!
