Been with them 3 years hosting 20 plus websites. Best customer service I've ever encountered in any business. To add: the 3, 1 star reviews below are posted immatureley and without understanding to how a website works. One is angry about having to add plugins, this is laughable because to a Web designer the ability to add more plug ins via WordPress is much more beneficial, and can increase a companys profit massively much better than simple yet useless page builder. I believe they should be 5 stars. My company is Meep Marketing and we build websites etc just to show I'm for real and not part of this company. Another review is about being fobbed off by sales and another calling them jerks.. don't listen to these 2 reviews as the people the work at hosting ireland are patient and know what they are at. Go with Hosting Ireland to get help by real people. They won't put you wrong. @trustpilot can you do something about stupid reviews that can possibly damage this company's rep.
I have been using Hosting Ireland for many years and find their service excellent. The team members are really helpful and go beyond the call of duty when it comes to easing the stress of their almost web-illiterate client. I highly recommend this company.

Using them as hosts allows us to deliver our 99.9% uptime SLA with ou clients.If and when we do need support, their team is quick to respond and very knowledgeable and helpful.
We have been a customer of Hosting Ireland for 6 years and any time we have had to contact Customer Service they have been excellent. They respond quickly, the lads know their stuff, talk in plain language and have never failed to come up with a workable solution . We find them most helpful and would give them 10 out of 10
I always try my best to stick with Irish businesses but sadly this one was of poor use to me. Very simple reasons. When I ran into issues that needed resolving, there was no customer support on weekends for non-priority, ordinary people like myself. Secondly, also to my shock, there was no 24/7 customer support. If those two existed, I wouldn't have minded as much paying their more (already) pricy charges for available packages.How a hosting company decides to go home on the weekend, leaving many people in trouble for two days, is mindboggling! How a hosting company decides not to operate a 24-hour help service, is also shocking in these days of many hackers and spammers operating! I would LOVE to go with this company, but they haven't got what's more needed every day, all week, the basic of help services available. Hackers don't take weekends off. HostingIreland sadly does - so the vast majority of ordinary users are totally screwed for two days before they can even get a reply for urgent help needed. That's no way to run any business, especially an internet related one.

The team at Hosting Ireland are so responsive and the level of service is excellent. They are my 'go to' to register client domains all the time and to manage hosting when required too.
