I honestly regret ever dealing with Hostraha. I purchased a VPS 3 days ago and it is still stuck on “pending” with absolutely no progress. I cannot use anything, and there’s zero transparency on what’s going on.
I have opened multiple support tickets — none have been answered. I’ve tried calling them, but the phone doesn’t go through. I even reached out via WhatsApp, and all I keep getting is the same useless response: “We have seen your message, your credentials will be sent.” Yet nothing is ever sent.
I have now requested a refund, and still no one is responding. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
At this point, I genuinely question whether this is a legitimate company. If it’s not a scam, then it’s a company that seriously needs to be audited and held accountable.
I would strongly advise anyone thinking about using Hostraha to be very careful. Open an account at your own risk.

I once bought a reseller account , they deleted my websites on the account without my knowledge, they promised to restore of which they never did. I demanded refund which never came. At one time, they were even refusing to transfer my domains.
