Hotpoint costumer services worse service company in uk I bought nearly 8 months a go an some issues happend yesterday it was still under warranty try to book for repair to my tumble dryer I was on phone nearly 1 hours they passed my call 3 different departments still no result I was so angry I put the phone down I will find some other private company I will fix it

Very pleased with the whole process. The person at the call centre was very polite and had my repair appointment arranged to suit me. The engineer arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He quickly identified the fault and soon had my machine fixed and running like new. Excellent service.
