Engineer not being available twice! Why?

Text message twice : Your engineer is no longer available… 10th November : Booked time away from work for my repair. Random text messsge your engineer is no longer available. 17th November : Booking repair time : From 7.15am. Another day booked away from work. I again received text at 10.45 to say engineer is no longer available! Why so late? I could have actually gone to work if you had had the common courtesy to call me first thing to say you have no engineer available. I tired to call, but you had no one available to talk but your voicemail I can rebook online, it’s easy apparently. Will you actually turn up…Eventually I was able to speak to an assistant via Chat and was informed that another appointment has been booked for me on Monday 24th. I explained as your engineer has now let me down twice, I needed to be the first call, so I could then go straight to work. This is something you do not offer apparently even though none of this is my doing. It’s totally your issue. Don’t worry you sent me a £20 voucher for the inconvenience of me missing work. Just to reiterate this really is not good enough, I just want to talk to SOMEONE who can take my complaint seriously and offer me the first call of the day. I await your response! Hopefully someone will have the decency to call me to discuss the situation.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service, unable to speak to anyone in call centre to find out why my repair was cancelled. It took over 3 weeks to get the issue resolved. And get an engineer back out.

Terrible service

Twice we have had appointments confirmed and cancelled last minute. You cannot speak, email or "chat" to anyone. They are happy to take your money and insurance though!!

The engineer (Ryan) did a very good job at replacing the part which caused problems to our Washerdryer washing machine..He was clear, quick and professional.

Rubbish service

5 month old oven lcd broke so now can't use other oven. When booking engineer told then what was wrong so expected engineer to arrive with maybe the part. But no. so another appointment was booked for today changed work around to fit in with engineer then at 8.30 this morning told appointment has been cancelled . Phoned to rebook waited 39 minutes to get through !!!!! Then to be told appointment is now Wednesday so have to change work plans again 12 days,without an oven and a family of 5 who are getting bored with Pasta now !!

Easy to book repair

Easy to book repair. Emails and texts keep me up to date and reminded about appointment. Engineer sent text when he was 15 mins away. He was on time, very polite and identified the problem. No messing very quick and professional. Very satisfied
