Caution advised with this company

I ordered three paintings from the seller. They took a long time to arrive, but I can't give them as gifts due to their poor presentation. I've reached out with a complaint, but after four days, I still haven't received a response. Unfortunately, this seems typical when dealing directly with companies that claim to be based in the UK.

No communication on my order

I placed an order and have received no updates regarding dispatch. I've emailed support three times without a response, despite their promise of a 24-hour reply. I've requested a full refund and have heard nothing. If I don't get a response soon, I will involve my bank for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for breach of contract. They claim to be UK-based, but there’s no actual address or contact number on their website. Other frustrated customers' reviews speak volumes. I wouldn’t recommend this company. I have re-emailed support as requested on December 15th. Update: I have now received a full refund.

Where is my order?

Where is my order? I ordered on November 21st, and there's still no sign of it. I didn’t realize it would take so long; it seems products are coming directly from abroad. I wouldn’t order from them again.

Update on previous review

I received an email asking if I wanted to cancel my order. Two days later, no response. After realizing this is not a UK company, I emailed the support again and still haven't heard back. I want to trust them, but the lack of customer service response raises red flags. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Positive experience so far

It took a while to arrive after placing my order. I chose a large size (75X90) since I previously struggled with smaller numbers. I’ve enjoyed working on it. I selected an umbrella painting with nice vibrant colors, a good brush set, and the numbers are easy to see. I plan to choose another one soon once I finish this one!

Great experience overall

The painting I ordered was delivered quickly and included all necessary parts. The brushes were really good, and the paint was easy to identify by the numbers on the pots. The painting itself was marked with clear numbers, and the inclusion of a magnifying sheet was a nice touch. Once finished, it was fairly easy to frame. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience creating this painting, and it looks fantastic on our wall.

Good product, bad packaging, long delivery

Long delivery as from China. The packaging is terrible but the items inside were good. The paint was thick. The brushes work well. They provide magnifying glass to read small numbers. Canvas looks good. I wouldnt buy as a gift but i have made my second purchase for my child.

Poor service, poor product, order incomplete

Ordered three items. Over two weeks later, the two least expensive items have arrived. One still missing. These items were bought for 3 different people. The two that have arrived are packaged in one bashed up box. I would have to repackage them to make them worthy of gifts. I also don't think that they are suitable for the ages they have been marketed for. I'd like to try for a refund but reading other views, I'm not sure if I could handle the stress of it.
