Review Time
I have quite a few paintings from this company probably 30 plus.never had a problem delivered quite quickly apart from some numbers are quite small but that is more to do with my eyesight and having to go over some colours to cover the numbers.if the the canvas was tinted it may solve my problem.they are excellent I will be ordering very soon.i have done nine this year six that were Christmas presents.
Please please please be ware. You cannot exchange or return and item. The order comes from China so takes a couple of weeks to arrive which isn't stated. I ordered 3 painting sets for a friend and she doesn't want them. They have a no fuss return policy stating you can return items for free and for a refund. I have spent 5 days with back and forth replies offering me £7 to £20 to keep them and refusing to refund or give me return details. I spent £56.99 so no that isn't acceptable. Please choose another company because if you aren't happy you will be left out of pocket. As they are in China I have to wait 24hours for each excuse in an email Update, they are still refusing a refund despite PayPal being involved To the reply, you email me every day offering ridiculously low refunds and going against your retunr policy. Please avoid
This is my second review about this company. The canvas arrived in such bad quality from China, which was unusable. I requested my money back, they offered £4, then £10,then £30, total cost £41.00. I have just received another email from them today, saying I have to take down my review, if I want a refund. I know I will never receive a refund, but I hope this review will stop anyone else buying from them. I purchased this product late April 25, order number GUK60035, looking at reviews regarding similar products, I think this company uses different names. DON'T BUY
I have done a couple of these now and find them totally relaxing, all consuming and a real escape for a few hours at a time! I love the sense of achievement once finished and framed for all to admire. I think they provide good value for money with good quality canvas and paints (though, to be fair, some colours seem better than others for viscosity and coverage). My only suggestion for improvement would be to use light grey numbers on the canvas instead of black which can sometimes prove very difficult to cover adequately.I certainly 'have the bug' and will be buying more.
