From the very beginning, Jordan was fantastic with communication. While it did take a little time to secure a home visit vet appointment, once that was locked in, everything ran seamlessly.
Dr Andrew, who came to our home, was absolutely wonderful. He was calm, kind, and completely focused on Indi’s comfort the entire time. Having the appointment in house made such a difference, it was relaxed, stress free, and a genuinely pleasant experience for both of us.
About a week later, I received Indi’s comprehensive health report, and I was blown away by the depth of information provided. It was incredibly detailed, yet easy to read and understand. The insights were so valuable and even helped clarify and solidify a few things that had previously come up with our regular vet.
The follow up telehealth call with Josh was another standout. Being able to walk through the report together, ask questions, and create a clear health plan moving forward gave me so much confidence. The fact that they then corresponded directly with my regular vet was the icing on the cake, truly collaborative care.
Now, with Indi turning nine, we have a proactive plan in place to support her long term health and wellbeing. Knowing Hugo Health will continue to monitor her every 12 to 18 months gives me real peace of mind.

Finally did Hugo for my dog Max and turns out his iron is low and he’s got some joint inflammation starting which makes sense why he’s been so tired. The vet I met with recommended a couple of different supplements and some changes to his food which from what I can tell is working. They suggested retesting his iron and CRP in another few weeks so time will tell but he already seems to have a bit of his spark back. Hugo has helped get Max back on the right track which I’m very grateful for.
Don't be fooled by the pretty user interface and buzz words. How can a new company/product already be #1 award winning and have five star reviews when the app isn't even available. They give nothing but empty promises to unknowing pet owners with good intentions for $1000 a year. You can spend way less AND get way more with a trusted vet once a year for annual health checks! Please don't fall for this scam started up by tech bros with no actual veterinary medical backgrounds. You think vets are in it for the money (they really aren't), these guys truly are

Hugo Health is a "preventative" service developed by tech founders with no veterinary background who seem more interested in "disrupting" the industry than actually helping pets.They claim to offer revolutionary insights through "80 biomarkers," but it’s pure marketing fluff. They use the exact same reference labs as your local "traditional" vet. You are essentially paying a $1,000 annual premium for the same blood, urine, and fecal tests you’d get at a standard check-up, just delivered via a pretty app.Most concerning is their dismissive attitude toward the veterinary community. They’ve managed to offend the very professionals they claim to work with while offering nothing new medically. Save your money and trust the experts who actually have medical degrees. Your local vet provides better care for a fraction of the cost.Good luck, Jordan and Archie—you’re going to need it.PS Also the app isn't up yet, how is it possible for there to be positive reviews? Why do all the reviewers only have one review? Curious.
I tested my dog mainly for peace of mind. She's 6 and seemed healthy.Results showed early kidney issues starting. I was shocked because she acts completely normal. Vet said it's really early stage and good we found it now before it got bad and harder to deal with.If we hadn't done this we would've had no idea until it got worse. She's on a kidney diet now and some supplements Dr Haim recommended in the report. Really glad we did it.
I had a fantastic experience with Hugo. As a bit of an anxious pet owner, I wanted reassurance that my dog was healthy, and the whole process was easy and professional from start to finish. His results all came back showing excellent health, and that really put my mind at ease. It’s such a great service for peace of mind and early detection, and I love knowing I’m doing everything I can to keep him happy and healthy. I highly recommend!
It is very clear the these reviews are fake. Throwing you colleagues under the bus like you do repeatedly on your website. Such a shame you need to put other vets down, with no fact checking. 17 diseases screened for in an actual vet clinic? And you do over 100 diseases? I’d love to see the list of the 17 diseases. Also - I’d love to see the 19 “biomarkers” other vets have, in their reactive medicine. Outrageous, and blatantly offensive. Avoid.
