Completely useless organization.

Completely useless organization.I had my account with VBet permanently closed within 3 minutes of registering and sending up my documents for verification. They refused to tell me the reasons why but told me I could challenge this decision if I went to IBAS.IBAS has NO question on it's site regarding having your account immediately closed upon registration.What a useless organization/website it is if you cannot explain your reasons for wanting to challenge a decision. This is not the first time I have not been able to challenge a signing up decision with IBAS.Shocking and woeful. I'm NOT impressed.

Got me rightful winnings back from Betfair

To put some balance into these reviews i will write one about a positive experience I had with IBAS. My complaint related to an inplay football match where the company Betfair tried to void a legitimately placed bet as they claimed it was too close to a goal being scored. They tried to claim that I had a faster feed and there was a late suspension of the market. This was nonsense as I was sat at home watching on Sky. I laid a team at short odds who had just conceded a free kick, the other team then scored and Betfair waited till after the match to void my bet without even informing me. IBAS were very helpful in determining the goal time and as such my complaint was upheld and I received a refund of £800. If you have a genuine grievance where the bookie has acted wrongfully or against their rules then IBAS will help. IBAS do not exist for losing gamblers to try to claw back losses without a legitimate reason though so if your complaint is without merit then don’t expect it to come to your rescue.

Excellent service and timely support

IBAS response to my complaint against Betfair was amazing!! I had over £44k in live bets on tonights US 2020 Election and without warning or notice Betfair closed my account and denied me access to it over 2 months ago. Despite sending all the documents that Betfair needed to verify me and my source of wealth they were useless to say the least. So I insisted on a deadlock letter and sent my complaint into IBAS. Within less than a week IBAS got a response from Bestir and my account is now open again and I am ready to reap my rewards on the US election through Trumps second win!! Thank you IBAS for your timely professional assistance I would recommend you to anyone who needs help and I have , my daughter is in the same position as I am and waiting for her deadlock letter from Betfair and will put it and her complaint into your trusted hands when it arrives.

Not very helpful

Not very helpful. I had a complaint against coral , they and not me made a fair sized mistake which i had to make a complaint about. Of course , coral reject the complaint , i then refer to IBAS who were very slow to take up my complaint , practically insinuated that i had a problem and that coral were some god-like outfit. Felt very let down by the so called adjudicator they just weren't interested at all. Its hard for me to see why they exist as they appear to have no interest in helping customers with genuine , valid complaints.

Have a dispute with Betfred

Have a dispute with Betfred. They sent my winnings to somebody's else account and they accusing me that i registered that account and had multiple deposits with it,which is so not true.Ibas ruled in their favour but not providing evidence when i requested, plus they don't bother to reply for appeals for months. Absolutely biased and useless. Disgusting service Ibas.

Agree with previous reviews. Pointless organisation, would not blame people for thinking there are just a pretend company that doesn't exist to fool people because they don't help or seem to want to help. Not sure what they are there for.

Past adjudication was pants as usual…

Past adjudication was pants as usual they ruled for bookies.. Have a new bet Fred case and. They don't even care to explain the need for a subject access request... They can't rule on that??? They must use blind test.. They run things blindfolded and of course biased with bookies lining their innards.. Sameful
