Unbelievably an even worse experience…

Unbelievably an even worse experience with IBAS than with the betting companies themselves.Taken the best part of a year for absolutely nothing to have happened apart from a few inconclusive meetings, and every single "deadline" has just been missed. Given that IBAS are funded by the betting companies, you get to see why they behave the way they do.James Ironside is one of the worst individuals I've ever seen represent a professional company and IBAS should feel ashamed of his manner and attitude.Honestly, this isn't a disgruntled angry gambler that has lost money, this is a genuine review about one of the pettiest "professional" individuals I've unfortunately ever had to deal withEditYet another display of an inability to accept any responsibility for the way you have behaved.I have seen review after review of your unprofessional and at times arrogant attitude.You are clearly there for the bookmaker and not the public**Further edit**I stand by my comments on the attitude, but transparency is that they recovered all money. It took well over a year, however they did side with me, and within 24 hours of their ruling I was refunded in full.Credit whereb it's due

Paid out after IBAS intervened

I had a 6 fold all winning go suspended until a team was losing and lost out on big money. Was told by 365 it was a glitch but contacted IBAS and was offered a pay out within a few weeks of opening a case. Brilliant company. Don't let the bookies scam you.

Admiral dont pay my winnings and waiting ibas do honestly or no

I don’t think that comment was geniune they solve within three days maybe 50 or 100 £ they solve and make people happy in my experience which i face i have dispute 9 k£ with admiral which they don’t pay me even i provide evidence 4500£ of 8 may admiral email where they write 3 to 4 working days i recieve my funds but nothing so many times i send email to ibas to know progress about my complaint they don’t reply also not recieving phone calls one email only i recieve and shock i have ibas reference number and again they told me re submit ur complaint what a joke now only waiting week what they are doing in my case getting my money back and do justice with me or no then I start legal procedure and mentioned there first what they adr provider doing in here court must inquiry them how many complaints they solve maybe my thinking was wrong if they get my winnings back then I appreciate them and believe ibas services

Absolutely brilliant I had 2 disputes with bookmakers they both refused to pay contacted ibas they sorted them both out and got my money within 3 days definitely go to them if bookmakers refusing to pay you

SCAM

I won with a company I had apparently had an account with years ago so they didn't pay as it was a duplicate account so they refunded the stake IBAS agreed that was correct..OK fair enough...so to test this I opended a further duplicate account lost and therefore expect IBAS To rule the money should be refunded as their original rulling sets the precedent...but rather than rulling against the casino who pays their wages they refused to look into it! they are a SCAM they are not Independent as they are paid for by the casinos!

Absolutely waiste of time

Absolutely waiste of time. We can tell who pays their wages.I have a solid case against genesis casino my solicitor also agrees its a solid case.I have tried to resolve the matter on resolver and with ibas but they just fobbed me off. Cant say I was surprised. Just hope they relise that they are accountable for their response when this goes to professional standards.
