Hi there,When doing my checkin online I purchased prior to the flight online my Wi-Fi. When I arrived at the airplane I asked the crew how to connect to the Wifi and they told me I needed a code. As I didnt have access to the internet to see my emails, they told me they could not do anything to help and that I should buy the package again during the flight. so I have bought the Wi-Fi access again. When I finally had access to the internet during the flight I saw that there was no code information, I have asked the crew and they told me there was a mistake on the communication, they should provide me the code and that they were sorry but I would only get reimburse by doing and formal complaint by email.So I have sent an email asking my money back, but so far no answers. It has been more than 2 months.
Rude and tired staff at check-in. They charge 150 euros per checked bag. Worst conditions while flying, bathrooms without toilet paper neither hand soap. Extremely hot while flying and there is no individual ventilation. Like a sauna with really bad smell. Avoid it at all times
One star because I can't say less, even less than 0.001. Their staff is really rude and unsupportive. They charge you for each stupid detail and are never available over the phone. That's true that their basic offer is quite competitive, but then you spend much more on the inconveniences they create to make your experience the worst ever.
We had a 9h flight 3 days ago with iberojet for the first time.We had booked seats at 33 row which are seats with an extra legroom space.These seat are always close to the bathroom.The problem was that we didn't get to sleep up to 3 minutes because every time someone wanted to change aisle , instead of going to an open point ,they were crossing above us (literally jumped over us).We always book these seats in other airlines but this never happened before.It was the worse long flight i had ever had
A message to Leo who replied to my review yesterday…We have tried all forms of contact (phone, online forms & social media) because our emails that we sent over a week ago, haven’t been responded too!When we speak to someone on the phone from the lost luggage department, they say they cannot help us find our luggage even though we have all our flight details & our luggage tags from when we checked our bags in!They keep asking for a PIR number which we do not have because we haven’t been given one!! Our luggage was lost by iberojet in Madrid & we are now back home in the U.K., so it’s impossible for us to go to Madrid airport to get a PIR number. When we ask how else we can obtain the PIR number, they advise they cannot help up with that & then put the phone down! All other airlines can locate lost luggage through flight details & luggage tags from when they were checked in. Why can’t iberojet? During one phone call, we were advised to raise a complaint & then they will investigate where our luggage is, but you have no complaints department?! So please explain how this can be resolved asap seen as waiting for a reply is no longer an option, given how long we have already waited!
Excellent value for money from Madrid to Havana. We checked history of flights on that route show very few delayed or cancelled. We had travelled with Evelop before and been impressed. Good service on board, nice meals out and back. Paid for the seats 30 Euro each which are not used so much, so lots of space on the way back. Yes you can't check in online but you do get very good value for money!
Horrible, please dont book flights with this company, they will ruin your holidays.I book a flight Madrid-La Habana and they cancelled it 10 days before departure due to"operative reasons"(they cancelled flights on wednesdays in november Mad-HAV), and after claiming the compensation they answer that the cancellation was due to extraordinary causes, when it's not true. They ruin the holidays , try to book with another company ,as Evelop/iberojet will ruin your trip as they ruined mine, and they will try to avoid any compensation. Really bad service
We do not recommend this airline company. We book a flight for our holidays from Madrid to La Habana and they cancelled it within 10 days prior to our departure telling us that they had some "operative issues". We have claimed a compensation, and they avoid any responsibility. Now they argue that the cancellation was due to extraordinary causes... Iberojet has ruined our holiday/trip.
I took a flight with Iberojet on 02.09.2022. Of course I read some bad reviews on here. But in my experience the flight was really nice. If you book a budget airline you can't expect the service of an Emirates or Qatar Airways. Everything at the airport worked perfectly. Got my luggage within 15min after customs. We had one warm meal and one cold snack aswell as one cold and one hot round of beverages. If that isn't enough for you, just pack some extra snacks and take a bottle of water with you. I highly doubt anyone is there for the culinary experience. The entertainment system was a nice suprise, over 100 movies with lots a current blockbusters (full list is available on their website). The screens looked new and the picture was very clear. About the space, I'm around 183cm and the space was totally okay. Even managed to squeeze some sleep in. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience, which differed from a lot of reviews here. But keep in mind I can't say anything about the customer service if you have any problems with your booking. Otherwise not one passenger was checked if their carry-on luggage was compliant with the weight rules. Might be different on other routes and with other service personal. I would book the flight again!
