Worthless company with zero customer service. costumer # +34 971 448 082 never replies, Email tell you to fill out forms and you never get reply on. never book with them again.even the reply on this review is useless. instead of trying to solve the issue, they give u the same old answer. ''go to our website and talk to our customer service (which is never replying'' ... never book with Iberojet. better pay bit more and have normal company.
Spanish:Una Vergüenza Absoluta. Le cobraron a mi novia (embarazada) 150€ extra por una pequeña bolsa de lona. La chica del mostrador en Cancún fue grosera y parecía decidida a estafar a mi novia. En Madrid a la vuelta llevaba exactamente el mismo equipaje y no le dijo nada. No solo son ladrones, sino que son totalmente inconsistentes con sus reglas. Cuando nos quejamos a "atención al cliente" recibimos respuestas trilladas y obtusas que con arrogancia se negaban a escuchar razones. Nunca volveremos a usar esta compañía y nos aseguraremos de que todos los que conozcamos sean conscientes de que un grupo de perdedores poco profesionales y avariciosos manejan esta pobre excusa de una aerolínea.English:Absolutely disgraceful. They charged my (pregnant) girlfriend €150 extra for a small, half-full tote bag. The girl at the counter in Cancun was rude and seemed intent on ripping my girlfriend off. In Madrid she had the exact same luggage as before and nobody said anything. Not only are they thieves, but they are also totally inconsistent with their rules. When we complained to "customer support" we received trite and obtuse responses, arrogantly refusing to listen to reason. We will never use this company again and will make sure everyone we meet is aware that a bunch of unprofessional and greedy losers run this poor excuse of an airline.
Iberojet !! I have submitted 6 email forms and multiple calls for the last 3 days , my calls have all been dropped and no replies from email. I have the wrong birthdate in my flight information and I have my flight in 2 days ?? I do not know what I need to do or if this will keep me from flying ??? Where is customer service help??
My partner and I were supposed to flight to Colombia and Dom. Republic on November but the UK government decided to put these two countries (with just 4 more) in the "red list".With such bad news, we proceeded to cancel all our flights that would connect us from the UK to Colombia and back. We managed to have all refunds a part from Iberojet.Their response?"not possible". No explanation, no information, no reasons, no empathy.If it was our decision on not going, fair! I would have given up. But this is a governmental decision. It's an external force that doesn't allow us to travel.We proceeded to email and ask wether we could get a voucher for the same amount. Guess what the response was? exactly...."not possible". And again, no explanation, no reasons, no extra information.Our last resource was to call them. The lady could barely speak english. To our request for getting a full refund she said....(you guessed it) "not possible". We then asked if we could have a voucher and...(yup, again) "not possible".At this stage we asked if we could speak to a manager to understand this better and have a proper response but we couldn't contain our laugh when she again answer "not possible". The manager/supervisor was in a meeting and we could only talk to her on Monday (not sure what sort of meeting lasts 2 working days).I hope Karin answer properly to us on Monday. Until then we will stick to the idea that this whole service/business is purely a scam and rip off
I booked 4 plane tickets for Costa Rica one month ago, received booking confirmation, got debited 2.3K on my bank account. I am suppose to leave in two days but when i tried to check-in, SURPRISE: "the booking has been cancelled". I didn't received any cancellation email, the flight (with the same number as my booking) is still scheduled, no refund on my bank account. I am panicking and can't reach the support. If someone here can hear my despair, please please please reach out to me! thank you
The worst service in the world Don’t use this airline I bought 4 the tickets to Spain on September 4 when I reach the airport on September 18 they didn’t let me on the plane because of compliance I lost money on the booking and the hotels and connecting flight after checking I found out that the law changed on September 7 After I purchased the tickets I asked for my money back and they are refusing to refund it although I was in full compliance with purchasing the tickets 😡
I would never ever again chose this company for my travel!! I used IBEROJET from Madrid to Mexico and back. The booking process and check in was fine, but the service on the plane..oh my god 🙄 I travel so much and this experience knocked me down !! The crew at the plane are normally polite and kind people, who attend you and make you feel confortable during the flight, although they also make you follow the rules at the plane.. in that case the stewardesses were so arrogant and rough and their behavior is super disturbing and disrespectful!! I’ve never experienced anything like that in my entire life. Having in mind the world situation in the last year and some new rules we all have to follow does not give you the right to treat people like sheep and speak to them without any empathy or kindness. I was super confused whether the stuff are airplane crew or police officers!! Where does the well behaved, kind and good looking crew from the old days went ?? Super disappointed and disturbing!!
