I was a little concerned in the beginning...

I was a little concerned in the beginning when I realized it was taking a little longer than expected. I reached out to customer service and they responded the next morning, and they also kept me updated until I received my item. Thank you for the great customer service and the awesome price. The part I ordered was exactly as described, very well packaged also. Thanks again. I will be back to purchase in the future.

Terrible Customer Service…

I ordered a size small dog rain coat from IBSPOT that was shipped to my daughter in another state. It took several weeks for the item to arrive. IBSPOT sent the wrong size. Instead of sending size Small they sent XXS!!! I contacted the company to request a return label and furnished my order number. It took them days to respond only to ask for a photo.My daughter had been traveling so it took me sometime for me to send the photo with tag attached. Their response was that I was now out of their policy time to return the item. I tried to reason with them, was looking for a replacement but their customer service was incredibly inconsiderate. I paid well over $115 for this raincoat, stuck with this item and again was looking to get a replacement larger size; the size I had ordered. This is not a company I would recommend anyone do business with and don’t expect them to be in business much longer! I wouldn’t have given them any stars if that was an option!

I ordered a G Sharo Edge SHA-001 kit on…

I ordered a G Sharo Edge SHA-001 kit on 3/31/25. It said delivery be 4/11-4/18. No tracking information was ever given. I have called, left messages and only get a weird voicemail that says to leave a message. I have written twice. I have never received a response. I have never received the goods that I ordered and paid for, in full. Nothing from them. I checked online, but no response either. It is a rip-off. Don't buy from them.

Bad company teaches me not to learn the hard way

Always call the company about returning/refunding the product you plan on purchasing (leaving out you haven't purchasing yet) to see the process, and check 3rd party, unsponsored, unaffiliated reviews! Here's why.When looking for a watch band for my fenix 8 51mm ibspot had the right price (a little higher than average) had a 30 day guarantee (seemed fair). I purchased it online and and 5 days later I didn't receive the email that normally comes. As a label being printed, shipped, and tracking info wasn't sent. They said they will resend and call about 10 days if I haven't received either. A month goes by and I finally received a package of cheap doesn't look the same or anything so I wanted to returned the package, but since I opened it to look at it that it was no longer the same condition as how it was when it arrived, and also said it was past days anyways.

We sell cat trees and houses on Amazon.But we don't have any connection with IBSPOT. They stole our products pictures without our brand authrority!!

Unethical "business"

I found my website duplicated on their website. They decided to sell my products without consent, violating Trademark and Copyright laws. There's nothing good can be said about this experience. Their reply:Dear Ed,We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that we have taken immediate action and removed the product in question from our website. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.We would also love to explore the possibility of selling your products with your authorization. Could you kindly let us know the process or requirements for this?Thank you for your time and consideration. We appreciate your support and look forward to your response.My reply:There is zero possibility of me allowing you to sell my products as I do not wish to involve myself with unethical people. You should be happy I'm not suing you for Copyright and Trademark infringement.I have screenshots of the ad for my products on their website if proof is needed.

No manual & No Help

Several months ago I bought a 6qt prepAmeal pressure cooker. It arrived without any manual. I have called & left several messages & also sent several emails. No one has helped me. I still have not used it because I am afraid to do the wrong thing with it. I am very disappointed. :((mm
