Everything from the moment I first contacted IdealofMed went very smoothly. Every question I had pre-op was answered on WhatsApp within three minutes. I'm not exaggerating! Transportation to the hotel (which was fantastic), to the clinic, and back was excellent, and it was such a relief not to have to worry about finding taxis by myself. The staff and translators were all amiable and accommodating. Sefika was the main assistant in charge of my surgery, and she was lovely.They really do prioritize the patient. Because I'm an athlete and I use a DHA supplement, my blood is relatively thin, so I bled quite a bit after I left the clinic. As soon as I messaged them, they sent a driver around to pick me up and take me back to the clinic, where they fixed me up. This was at 10 pm! Also, because it was so late, they were a bit short-staffed, so the driver ( Caseem) who brought me there helped out, holding tissue on the side of my head to stem the bleeding. At one point, he noticed that I had gotten a drop of blood on my shoe, so he got down on his knees and started wiping it off! Of course, I told him he didn't have to do that, but it speaks volumes to the level of service everyone working for IdealofMed holds themselves to. Also, I needed a second wash following the surgery. Usually, you would have to pay extra for that, but they did it for me free of charge.After hearing horror stories about patients suddenly having to make their own way to the clinic and poor customer service from other clinics in Turkey, I am so glad that I chose IdealofMed and could not recommend it highly enough.
